In 2014 Sterling Healthcare, a division of Menora Financial Company took an old healthcare facility and invested $4 million to make it a first-class rehabilitation and subacute care facility on the West side of South Bend. This building would become our premium rehabilitation facility known as Briarcliff Health and Rehabilitation Center.
Hospitalization and then post recovery prolongs your stay away from home, and this in and of itself is traumatic. Briarcliff offers comfortable and spacious accommodations, with beautiful sunny outdoor patios that allow you to visit with family and friends and thus enhance your recovery.

All I've ask is that the nurses and caregivers to take care of my brother. His dying and staff here on the midnight even the afternoon shift mistreat him. They don't give him his pain meds. I call to ask if they can please give him his pain meds. They hang up on me. And take it out on my brother. They took an oath to care for people but some do not they should have their license taken away for not doing their job not caring. I just pray my brother goes soon so they can't hurt him any more.

I was out my antiseizer medicine for 3 days.i had a seizure then. Then on their bus transporting me to a dr. Appointment. I fell out of my wheelchair. Rebroke my ankle from sliding out wheelchair. I have heard a few of staff Mistreat some residents.most of the staff is wonderful and kind people who really Care about others.

As a last resort hospice sent my dad here for 5 days respite care to this dump. Although it was clean & a few of the staff were friendly there was no professionalism. Misplaced dad's meds and didn't give them all to him even though he has end stage emphasema & a bad heart. The food was barely edible and only one choice of an entree for your meal. Dad's bedding was paper thin with holes in it & the towels looked stained. They allowed dad not to be bathed or cleaned up after the first day. They forgot to give his meds as prescribed. The day dad left a resident feel in his bathroom floor & I had to

Worked at this company when first open and did not stay long, worked 3rd shift and would take pictures of employees and nurses sleeping on job. Two years later went back to work (which was 3wks ago I left) and nothing changed worked 3rd shift the CNA would come in at 10-11pm and would not check anyone or do any rounds or pass ice water, tginknof your mother not having water or being changed until 4 am. They never had any towels available to clean anyone so the residents would not get washed. I listened to a nurse (Erin) talk so bad about a resident that she didn’t know I personally knew about

It was a pleasure to help and Minister the residents. It brings me joy to see such helpful and motivated Staff members to rush to the care of their patients.It's an honour to know this Facility as hard working C.N.A. and Nurses who daily provides a safe, clean, hot food, enjoyable activities to bring peace and restore harmony with a humble and hospitality attitude services. This place called my father a cripple to his Face. One of the girls challenged him to a fight. My Father is 86 years old. And When I took him out of this place, They stole his electric razor that I just got him.. And they stole other brand new electronics valued at 150 and 100 dollers! And I reported the abuse to Ted Kenedy "Claims hes the main person" And he did not do anything about it. That is why we pulled him out of this hellish place!
