Quintess Primary Care and Weight Loss Center is a direct primary care medical service. This means for a flat monthly membership subscription, we provide the full range of comprehensive primary care services including routine and preventive care, annual physicals, sports physicals, chronic illness management (including diabetes, high blood pressure, thyroid disorders, etc.), regular checkups and care co-ordination.

Regardless of where you are in your weight loss journey; whether you are yet to take your first step, or you need support to stay on track or you want to get back on track, we understand the challenge of shedding excess weight. We believe that each individual is unique and for that reason, we do not offer a 'one hat fits all' program.
ABOM is the Founder and CEO of Quintess Primary Care LLC. She is a graduate of the Kistler Family Medicine residency program in Geisinger Medical Center, Pennsylvania. She is also fellowship trained in Maternal Child Health - Obstetrics, by the University of Rochester, Upstate New York. She is certified in Women's Health with surgical training.

Dr. Annan is the only doctor from whom I willingly seek treatment, guidance, and care. This absolutely breathtaking woman is wise, compassionate, and trustworthy. She is the first physician in an embarrassingly long time to convince me to get blood work done, get a mammogram, and she has actually helped in reducing my migraine frequency and intensity (no other doctor has come close)! Beyond all these invaluable qualities, Dr. Annan just gives me added confidence and purpose. (And, she has helped my husband establish a healthier and happier lifestyle, which includes him losing approximately 60 lbs

Dr. Annan is a phenomenal physician. She is extremely knowledgeable in the skill of medicine and possesses numerous Board Certifications along with advanced training in weight loss, women’s health, and a host of other specialities. Dr. Annan truly cares about her patients and takes the time to thoroughly evaluate and treat them from the inside out. I can honestly state that she is “hands down the best physician I have ever had in my whole entire life”. I personally work within the healthcare arena and have access to 100’s of primary care physicians, yet I drive 1.5 hours to receive care

I’m only doing three stars because I haven’t experience the full experience. If that makes sense. But I’m sad because with the reviews I really wanted to establish care with the Doctor. But, I don’t want to pay a membership of $70 monthly, being I don’t go to the doctor that often. But, I really wish I could get in there, she seems like a wonderful Doctor. Thanks to the lady that answered the phone she was very professional.

What a blessing!! Dr. Annan's wisdom is unmatched. She has a deep understanding of you as a person and finds the ways to show you what needs to be healed. Dr. Annan at Quintess Primary Care is an amazing doctor, coach, and now friend. She is incredibly smart, and looked at all of my health issues as a whole. Through her evaluations, she adjusted my medications to get my health on track, and I feel so much better. Many of these issues were preventing weight loss (and possibly even causing weight gain) in the past. No other doctor has ever spent the time with me to figure these issues out. She sincerely listens to concerns and presents solutions. She is very accessible, and if I am ever feeling unmotivated, or am going through a slump, she is there
