One of the worst experiences trying to get a house closed with this company. They are highly unprofessional and impossible to get ahold of. Took them six times of scheduling a closing date to get a house closed. Wasted a lot of time and money fooling with this joke of a mortgage company. Hope to save someone the trouble of dealing with them by reading this and hope they spread the word not to have any type of affiliation with first look mortgage.

Lynne has been an absolute blessing to work with! She stated in the beginning of our home loan that she would treat our money as her own and she wasn't lying! My family and I were first time home buyers and were facing the biggest decision of our lives. This is by far the best financial firm I have ever worked with. Lynne Marie was always available to talk about different financing options and even went out of her way to contact me about a rate drop during off hours so that I could make the best decision possible. Add to that the fact that she explained, in great detail, all of the inner workings of our home loan in a way which made us understand completely. Five Stars for sure, and more if they are available.

5 stars doesnt seem to be enough in my opinion. I have nothing but positive feedback in regaurds to working with Lynne Marie. We were first time home buyers. Our credit was borderline for approval. Lynne effortlessly walked us through a few steps to raise our scores and ultimately get us approved for our first mortgage. Our house buying journey to… no fault of Lynne's was a nightmare. From the appraiser to the underwriter we couldn't catch a break. Negativity seemed to be thrown at us from every direction almost every step of the way.
