We went for the New Years Eve event. We had a large group. The staff were very friendly, beautiful facility. The only complaint was the upcharges on our bill at the end that were not told to us when the items were offered as part of the regular sides, wasn't a big deal but annoying to be not told when it was offered.

Last weekend on Sunday we had the pleasure of having our daughter's wedding reception at Eastbay Lodge in Holcombe. Kind of an unconventional day being during deer season, a Sunday and also during a Packer game but it went off without a hitch. Staff was amazing and very helpful. Dave was very helpful, the food was amazing and the place is absolutely stunning to have a wedding at. Gorgeous views of the lake, even frozen make for amazing wedding pictures!! I highly recommend giving Dave a call to set up any kind of event as I'm sure it will be everything that you want it to be.

Working with Dave at Eastbay and The Flambeau Lodges was absolutely fantastic! We wanted a "one stop " wedding where we didn't have to worry about set up and take down or asking to enlist friends and family to help out. Dave and his team paid attention to every detail so we all could enjoy our day completely! From the beautiful backyard ceremony to the beautifully decorated reception hall, it was a perfect day! My sister had her wedding at Eastbay Lodge recently and we had a great experience. Beautiful setting on the water. Also loved the separate deck for guests. We were able to set up on Friday and they had all the decorations set aside and even packed up for us on Sunday morning. The staff was great throughout the whole weekend!

We were there for a wedding reception. Hors d'oeuvre was so delicious, we were very disappointed in the supper. The beef tips was very flavorless and super dry. Couldn't even eat it, had to go throughout the night getting hangry because I was so hungry from the inedible food.
The owner posted the wrong wedding reception. It was one the previous week. It is alright. Good help is hard to find, plus with a large wedding sometimes the food does not meet expectations. The bread sticks were amazing and so was the second option just the beef tips were not that good.

Dave and his staff from Eastbay catered our wedding and did an AMAZING job!! They were very professional, prompt and friendly! We got many compliments throughout the night on our food and the staff from Eastbay. Plus, if you need anything, you can call, text, or email Dave at anytime and he responds within what seems like seconds!! Dave even helped us when we were in a pinch. At the last second we had to change to caterers and Dave didn’t flinch. He made the transition very smooth. If you are hesitant on booking Eastbay, don’t be! You won’t regret going with them!

Happily on Thursday nights appetizers are $3 off. The cheese curds are good and the chips and salsa were okay, not memorable. I think the salsa came from a jar.
At our table we ordered the the 2 soft chicken taco (beef is also an option). It was decent and the chicken was good, not chewy or tough. But they didn't warm the tortilla before filling the taco.
The Swiss mushroom burger was good. The burger is grilled, not fried. And the onion rings were good. They were made properly so that the fried part stayed on the onion.
We had a great view looking over Lake Holcombe.

It might just be me, because they were actually very busy, but it was my first time up there and I had the fish and bbq salad bar. Everything was very bland. Coleslaw had no flavor, potatoes and fish weren’t very good. I even ordered the deep fried donuts before I left thinking those would at least be good. When I got in my vehicle to try one only one was covered in cinnamon and sugar. None of the other donuts were. My s/o got the Cajun sandwich. It was plain with no sauce. Just chicken and jalapeños and cheese. He didn’t even finish his food. We both didn’t. I did not think it was worth

We just ordered "To Go" Friday night fish, it was delicious! During this uncertain time, it was so nice to hear a cheery voice on the phone when I placed the order & my husband said when he went in for the order & to pay, the girl behind the bar was very cheerful:) The deep fried fish & baked fish were delicious---their french fries have a nice seasoning on them. Perfect Friday night for staying in!

This place has a great dinner view at sunset. And nicely decorated interior. I had the Rodeo Burger, and it was quite tasty, the fried onions on the burger were cooked perfectly. My husband had the fish and ribs buffet they had available, but (we) didn't think the fish/meat was cooked very well, so he was disappointed in his meal. Because of that, I give this place 2 stars.

The place is absolutely gorgeous and used to be one of my favorite places and was a legit gold mine at one point it was so successful. Sadly the staff seemed to ignore us when we sat down, we just came for drinks and some appetizers. Waited almost 15 minutes before we were noticed. They were bringing out food asking if it was for us and we hadn't even ordered, just seems very unorganized. The staff are unfriendly and it's almost depressing to eat here. Don't feel welcome at all, it's like they don't even want you to spend money here.

Eastbay Lodge is a beautiful venue! Not only is the food delicious, but the atmosphere is amazing. The beautiful venue, the Tiki Bar, outdoor games, event space, the excellent customer service, live music and comedy shows. All of this and it's reasonably priced too. I could go on and on.... definitely the best venue on Lake Holcombe!
