Went here last night. It was really good. One entree is more than enough for one person. Way faster service than expected. Mongolian beef is amazing. Fresh not frozen vegetables

Love ordering takeout from Chopsticks! You can order online on their website or by phone. It's always sooo fresh and yummy!! I've ordered 100x and only had it be wrong once. They are also super fast!!

You have to guess when your food is ready, they don't contact you when it is done. Hit or miss whether it is good or not, last week General Tsaos was awesome, this week over cooked and hard. I miss the young lady that used to run the counter. She was so nice. Now their attitude makes me not want to go there again. I don't like their ordering set up... open your lunch room.

Placed an order online and got a confirmation email and my card charged, nothing else. After a half an hour went to the store to see if I could pick up my order to be told they don’t it. Which would not have been terrible, mistakes happen, but then had to wait another hour for my food. Not impressed at all and the food was not even worth the wait.

Favorite takeout Chinese restaurant in the Chippewa Valley. The food is always great and ready quickly. Also, the portions are large as and always make for great leftovers!

Food tastes great if I get the right thing I ordered. Wanted peanut chicken but I guess the peanut sauce was accidentally left out. Update: Got peanut sauce after having to drive back to restaurant. Compensation was an egg roll and can of soda.
EDIT: I hope when you say "left behind due to negligence" you mean left in the kitchen and not to imply it was me leaving it behind at the store. "left out of the order by negligence/accident" would be a clearer response.
