This place was amazingly convenient because the post office would be open later than 5pm on weekdays so people didn't have to take time off work to drop off a package. Since October, that has changed and their cut off time is 5pm. I don't know why they made this change, especially since the building is open later but it would be nice to be able to drop off my packages after work even if they get shipped out the next day. Super inconvenient now.

I meant to update in 2019. It's July 2021 and I'm comparing pharmacies and prices in Wisconsin against Cannon of Charlotte. Guess what?!? Before GoodRx - Cannon made true efforts to help us afford SSRI medications. Look, I could cry when I think of how much they helped ME (Ms. Cynthia really as she made the effort and outreach) and My Family.
Advice: don't use your insurance and just pay cash. Because of Cannon, I leaned there

This pharmacy is fantastic! Currently they have a drive up window for the pharmacy. Additionally there is a walk in USPS. I've been here pre covid and now during covid and the service is excellent! The gentleman running the Usps side is quick efficient and has everyone in and out.
Lots of parking outside. I'm so glad to see such a great business still in business after this rough year we all had.

I was a customer at Cannon Pharmacy, at this location. I needed compression stockings. One of their employees, Carrie B., was the most sincere and sweet girl who helped me feel comfortable in what I needed. She made me like I mattered and listened to my questions and concerns. I spoke to the manager about her and he was polite and patient with me. He also welcomed the feedback I had for him.
The store was neat and clean.
I will definitely visit that Cannon location again for my OTC medical needs.

We purchased a lift chair and were so pleased with Jason’s quick response to our needs. He immediately emailed the picture and specs of the chair and scheduled same day delivery to Matthews. Mark and Dwayne delivered the chair and were so respectful and explained all of the features. Cannon Pharmacy should be very proud to have associates like these gentlemen. That are an asset to their organization. It was a pleasure doing business with them and will do repeat business as needed!

I love this pharmacy! Always so very helpful and so professional. Sandy helped me with fitting and filling a prescription for compression socks and went well above and beyond with her professionalism and knowledge. She is at the South End store and I highly recommend any one who is looking for anything medical to take advantage of the services that they provide, as this is very rare to find in today's world. If I could rate any higher, I would. I am a devoted customer for life!

My parents have been under the weather and Ive picked up their prescriptions in recent weeks on their behalf. The staff here is soooo genuine. They make sure that their customers understand their medications and exactly how the Insurance covered such medicine. I feel beyond grateful for the kind staff and pharmacists on staff who truly care about my parents as individuals and not just another number making their sales goals. They know my parents and truly care about how they are doing. This pharmacy is how pharmacies should be! They are re-setting the standard on how customer service should

Don't use any other pharmacy or post office...this place is the best, friendliest around!!! It has been a long time since I've had a positive experience with the post office, but this contract location operates with an awesome customer focus that is super-refreshing!! I adore this place!!! They make shipping so easy and I'm almost scared to share this review because I'm scared others may find this hidden gem.
I ship everything here and the staff are always so friendly and helpful. So much better than waiting in lines at the post office or FedEx and dealing with their unfriendly staff.

I have never utilized this business for the pharmacy, mainly just for the post office that is located here. The people who work in this contracted office are so nice and friendly. They move quickly and get you in and out, which is all I really need. One helped me price some packages for New Zealand, so that I knew how much they were going to cost and I really appreciated that. I couldn't ship them there, but knowing the price was just as helpful!
The people who work in the pharmacy always say good morning or hello when I enter. What more can you ask for? Lol. It makes me feel so welcomed
