I have two diamond rings that I wanted to use to make a pair of earrings and a pendant. In April I discussed the settings with Maria at Mon Amie and the rings were sent to the jeweler to be made. Then they said the jeweler was running way behind on previous work that was ahead of mine.
I told Marie and Amie that I understood that and I could wait a few months till it was complete. It has been months with no communication from anyone at Mon Amie.
It is now almost end of July, and I get a text from Amie, the owner asking me if I like the casting design the jeweler wants to use for my earrings and

I had an absolutely wonderful experience there, I went to get my watch battery fixed, and when other places rejected my calls they were very sweet and I was able to walk right in. The watch I needed fixed was very sentimental to me, and the woman who helped me was very sweet and compassionate :) also only $10 and took like 5 minutes! So awesome! The store was also stunning and very well taken care of, thank you again to the woman who helped me and will be going there for now on with jewelry repairs!

Went in yesterday after visiting a few other jewelry stores and having no luck, I really appreciated talking with someone who is knowledgeable and experienced! I didn’t get the young lady’s name but she was an absolute delight to work with. She made it easy and gave me honest feedback, it was like I took a friend shopping with me. Will definitely be my go to from now on!

During this very trying time - COVID-19, Amie worked with us to get us our engagement ring and wedding bands quickly to acommodate our needs when other stores were closed. I had called Mon Amie to ask if they were open and a nice woman answered the phone stating that the owner, Amie, would be in the store to meet customers by appointment only. We scheduled a time to go in right away and Amie was wonderful! She explained that they keep everything clean, had hand sanitizer readily available and was so easy to work with. We had told her our budget and she kept it within that budget...no pressure sales

At first, I was very impressed with Mon Amie Fine Jewelry. The selection was amazing and their service was very personal. The owner wanted to know what I wanted and how she could help. I ended up buying an engagement ring from her with a appraisal.
Very quickly after we got the ring (matter of a few weeks) and the band started visually discoloring. Mon Amie didn't offer anything except "That's normal after a couple of years" and she can re-plate it (at a cost).
