Complete waste of time. I've driven there (1 hour away) 3 times now. Store was closed the first time, despite being told online, through a telephone call, and through Google that it was open, But it wasn't. It was closed.
The 2nd time I went I left my watches and table clocks to have their batterioes changed. The owner happily took them.
I went back today, 1 week later to get them, and the store was again closed, despite there being a sign on the door that said Open. There was a yellow post-it note on the door that said: "Be back soon."

Went to patties with my diamond engagement ring Because my prongs were broken and needed a new head. This Ring belonged to my fiancé’s deceased mother. And because we couldnt find any paperwork for my ring from kays i went to Sherry to see if she can help. I had my ring back in about 2 weeks. She saved it from my diamond getting lost. Also went down today because i lost one of my hoop earrings and she had a set of 2 matching hoops on display. Sherry saved me again. Very pleasant company and very reasonable priced. Would recommend patties to anyone. Thank you Sherry so very much.
