Most rentals are Saturday to Saturday with check-in at 3:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM unless otherwise noted. Most of the Truro Properties vacation rentals do not provide bed linens or towels unless specified for the property.
Truro Properties office hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM every day. TO AVOID FRAUD make all payments specified in a lease payable to "Truro Properties" and only deliver payments by mail at P.O. Box 894, North Truro, MA 02652 or in person at our office located at 535 Shore Road, North Truro, MA. Do not mail payments to any other address or send wire transfers.
Take US Route 6 East at the Sagamore Bridge. At the Orleans traffic circle take the second exit onto US Route 6 East (Mid Cape Highway) towards Provincetown. When you enter the Town of Truro proceed on Route 6 until mile marker 112. From Route 6 at the top of the hill you will see Cape Cod Bay on your left and the National Seashore dunes on your right.

Rick Bashian at Truro Properties has always been a pleasure to deal with. We have rented cottages from Truro Properties for about 4 years. The selection of properties is always very good, and the leasing process is straightforward. Rick responds to email very quickly, and is also easy to reach by phone. The cottage we had rented for 3 years was sold last year, and no longer available for summer rental. Rick found us a lovely property a little further down Shore Road. I would recommend Rick and Truro Properties without reservation.

We had a great experience with Truro Properties - the rental process and the property. The cottage is the cutest little spot right on the beach with great neighbors and the best setting. We can't wait to go back. Rick at Truro Properties was wonderful - very clear communication and so helpful. We left something at the cottage by mistake and he got it right back to us. It was so easy and pleasant working with Truro Properties to find the perfect rental for us in Truro. The Rebekah Cottage was delightful and our experience with the rental agency was great. Plus it was a short ride into Provincetown where we enjoyed to dining and sight seeing. We'll be back again to continue to enjoy all the Cape has to offer.

Becoming totally appalled in dealing with one of the owners of this agency, I sought out others reviews. Clearly it's not just me having concerns. IMO this agency is very unprofessional, snobbery at it's worst. Being told they are not desperate for renters and making their own renting rules, not caring what the owner thinks or is okay with. Asking about a rental and being told with attitude to try back next year etc. I would NEVER use this agency again. Owners should be sure to be clear on how these agents talk to potential and current renters. Truro is special, there are very special

My family has rented 535 Shore Rd for the past nine years and we have never had anything but a fabulous experience. The cottage is clean, comfortable, and nicely appointed, and we love the proximity to the beach and Provincetown. The owner, whose office is next door, is accessible and helpful without being intrusive. We have always received our security deposit back in full without any problems. We look forward to going back every year!

I rented 535 Shore Road in Truro, MA for the fourth consecutive year in July 2018. The property is in pristine condition and very comfortable for my family of five. The owner, Rick, has his office next door to the property which makes it convenient as he is a wealth of information on all things Truro and Cape Cod. He's a terrific guy who does everything in his power to make sure that you have an enjoyable vacation.
In the four years we've rented from Rick, we've never had a problem receiving a 100% refund of our security deposit. I wouldn't hesitate for a second in renting

The property at 535 Shore rd in Truro is beautiful but don't let this fool you or convince you to rent from this agency. We were so highly insulted to learn that $150 was retained from our security deposit upon our departure. The reasons for keeping the money were hardly justifiable. The day of departure, we cleaned the entire house, and we were running a few minutes behind. I went into the office, where the owner was next door to the property, to let him know we would be a few minutes behind and he said that was fine but to hurry up. We vacated 20 minutes past the requested time (10am). I

We have for at least the past 20 years vacationed for 1 week in the Truro area. NEVER have we had a complaint from the owner or have we not gotten all of the security deposit back. This year we stayed at 535 Shore Rd . which was a lovely rental. The problem was the owner would scurry around the backyard checking on the grill, the furniture, the way you parked your cars. We also had money taken from our security deposit for 1) the propane TANK being left diry ( not the grill, the TANK), 2) Ant infestation which by the way were there on our arrival and 3) 2 white chair pads were dirty.........so

My family rented a house from Truro Properties, North Truro, MA. We specifically rented 838 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA. We did this rental very much last minute, so we took what was available. We only rented for (5) days. We had an awesome time but it was the worst place we've ever stayed. Let me expand. First of all, the pictures online are extremely deceiving. They take pictures to make you believe you're a short walk to the ocean. The house sits on a hill, you have to walk down the stairs (not a problem) but you have to cross the road, then walk down to the ocean.
