Search online for the type of property you'd like to rent or call us and we'll email you properties that match your criteria. A copy of the signed lease and the first 50% of the rent, plus a $30 processing fee, is due 5 calendar days after we send the lease to you. The second 50% of the rent, plus the security deposit, is due no later than 30 days prior to the arrival date.

My husband and I arranged a weekly rental through Pat Shultz Real Estate, and we could not have been more pleased. Bea was responsive and helpful when coordinating our lease months in advance. Then, when we arrived to pick up our keys, Joan gave us a warm and friendly welcome. We had a bit of trouble with the ceiling fan in our unit, and when we called Joan, she arrived within minutes to take care of it. At week's end, when we reluctantly turned over our keys, Joan invited us to leave our bags in the office for the day until we caught the afternoon ferry, which enabled us to enjoy the day

My experience is the opposite. we've listed several times with shultz and everytime they were professional, attentive, and successful. i am really surprised to read this review. we also bought our place here in town through them, never pushy, always helpful.

I had a very bad experience with this agency - I listed my condo for sale with them and they did absolutely nothing... well, except complain about the state of the real estate market - nothing but doom and gloom from these folks. The icing on the cake, our agent went on vacation for 2 weeks during the height of the spring season and never even bothered to call us to let us know a) that he would be gone and b) who would be covering our property. 5% commission for this kind of service, I think not!
