First off, communicate SUCKS! You are in the dark the whole way. The rates are terrible. My account executive doesn’t call back unless you have a million dollar loan involved. Then she will call you every day. Carrington does a much better job at 600+ Fico scores. This place wants to charge too much for rate causing you to give up your compensation in the end. Horrible experience ever and I would not recommend them at all. I think Carrington, Homebridge. Orion and PRMG does better. And faster by far.

Worst loan experience for a client ever. 1 week past closing and we are still getting new conditions from the lender. I was told today that since it's past market close the underwriters are not going to look at any more files today. My clients are homeless - they moved out of their home into a motel to wait for closing for what we thought might be… 1-2 days. It's been 6 and will be at least 3 more according to the lender. No sense of urgency or understanding that there are lives on the other end of these "files" they are processing.

Absolutely the WORST lender experience in my career as a realtor. Unacceptable processing times and a final underwriter who, possibly deliberately but certainly knowingly, did not process the file in time. After 70 days this deal terminated and parties lost over $10k in earnest money. Beyond unacceptable!!! The parties could not agree to extend further, after 3 extensions already due to loan process times, with loan stuck in final underwriting for 4 days. Shocking!!

These guys get the job done - Kudos to Bluepoint - Friendly and helpful to get your loan completed - as a CA Broker its important that the wholesaler whose there at the beginning of the loan process is there at the end to ensure the borrower gets the loan at the best rate and term available. Bluepoint do this and they do it happily, thanks Blue point , Anthony and Allen :-) !

This is the worst lender we have worked with in almost 20 years. Their site says they close loans FAST. That is a complete LIE. They do not communicate at all, take forever on their timelines and have left my clients hanging in the wind due to their inability to do their job. Do NOT use these people, they have no idea what they're doing and don't care who they screw over in the process.

Purchases!!!!!!run from this company!!!!first experience with this company most certainly will be the last . they have no respect for time frames at all not even there own. we should have funded and closed on a purchase 6/11/2020 today is 6/16/2020 they wont even answer our email. to hell with this company. they are baiting you with the rate then giving the bird when you send your conditions on time and then they turn around and change there own time frames!
