At Radiant Hot Yoga we understand how intimidating it may be to just walk through the door to begin a yoga practice. Radiant Hot Yoga is the combination of traditional hot yoga with vinyasa power flow; hot yoga is a set of static postures, while vinyasa is movement connected to breath.
At Radiant Hot Yoga, the classes are a balanced blend of static postures and dynamic flow, refined to create a sense of inner peace and harmony, while simultaneously building strength and flexibility. The Radiant Hot Yoga Teacher Training will help you reveal your purpose, and a deeper passion for life.

Services
Radiant Hot Yoga was founded by Darlene Dearen to create a place of unity and family. She envisioned a yoga studio that was more like a home, a place where you feel welcomed from the moment you walk in. Ultimately she created the studio for her 2 daughters, Skyler and Savanna, as a place of love and healing.
Come to class on an empty stomach. Most people find they need to leave at least 3 hours between their last meal and the class. Stay in the studio during class. Feel free to sit or lay down if you feel dizzy or nauseous. As you build the ability to focus your mind and still your body, the struggle will disappear.
We aren't just a company; we're a community vested in each other's success, each others healing and transformation. We are a company that is rooted in yoga and love, with a mission to heal and transform body, mind & spirit. We are passionate high performance living and walking the yogic path, we practice what we preach - investing time in our own spiritual, mental and physical health.
At Radiant Hot Yoga, we offer classes for all levels, from new students to seasoned practitioners as well (both heated and non-heated yoga classes). At Radiant Hot Yoga we understand how intimidating it may be to just walk through the door to begin a yoga practice. Our teachers are educated and devoted to providing a healing and supportive environment.
At Radiant Hot Yoga, we offer classes for all levels, from new students to seasoned practitioners as well (both heated and non-heated yoga classes). We suggest you make the most of this two week trial and come every day if you can (CA residents only)! It is only in regular practice that you start to see the amazing transformative benefits of your Hot Yoga practice.

CL Helped me out this evening and she had the absolute sweetest demeanor and customer service you could imagine I Was So Blown away To have met somebody so nice with such great customer service and professionalism in the workplace. I asked her all sorts of questions and she was very knowledgeable and friendly and helped other customers at the same time. I think I might be interested in this. She was very polite.

I really enjoy coming here. Yoga classes are full and they play loud music which I like. It's the hottest studio at 105 degrees! I only took one star off because they're really bad at returning emails and calls. Even gold members complain about this. I have to cc the owner in emails to get any response. I just got a 1 year membership and was told I can pause it any month I need to and add that month to the end, I will update everyone in a year to let you know if they did indeed do that and what my experience is after a full year. Namaste!

I am sad to have to write this because I enjoyed coming here.
Yes, the other reviews are absolutely valid and true where they pack you in like sardines and blast EDM music. I looked past it because I enjoyed the classes still. Although regardless of COVID restrictions, this place truly doesn't care so if you don't want to risk other peoples sweat dripping on you or accidentally crossing paths with your neighbors limbs or sweat, then by all means.
I encountered a fraudulent charge from them on my credit card a few months ago for $40. I had only booked them through class pass my classes

After roughly 30-ish classes here at Radiant, I have officially decided to no longer return.
I first loved it. I loved how it was an amazing work out, that had me pouring sweat. I felt so great after every class because I was energized, i was so happy in the beginning, as I never have done yoga before & was out of my bubble. I felt all relaxed after class because I was loose from the heat.
Few months go by, and i start doing yoga at home, to get more flexible. I'm realizing I feel so much more calm during my practices. This is when I check out other studios for regular and hot yoga

I was really disappointed with Radiant hot Yoga today. Let's rename this to be Radiating Covid Yoga. 30 people at maxed capacity, unmasked, in a small humid room smaller than my living room, yoga mats inches away parked next to each sweaty body, no temp checks, no vax cards, no symptom checks.. it was so packed the instructor can barely walk around. to me this is totally disrespectful running a business this way during covid.
Half capacity and social distance your clients! Profit over safety is so disrespectful
I no longer felt the need to a) breathe the same air as 30 people in a humid

My very first introduction to yoga was at Radiant Hot Yoga in 2014. From my first practice, I was hooked. The energy of the community, the flow, the heat, the music; ignites a fire in my soul, that has yet to be replicated in any other athletics. The breath-work has changed my world. I apply what I practice in yoga to every aspect of my athletics.
Beyond the affects of physical change; RHY taught me that my hour on my mat is a most sacred gift to myself. I use it as a time to reflect, let go, struggle, fight, flow, dance, laugh and enjoy every... single... moment.
Anyone who really knows me, knows

Having taken 200 hours of yoga teacher training and teaching yoga classes for years... I am super picky with studios that I attend. This studio doesn't offer just yoga classes, it offers a community, a safe haven to heal and a place to deeply align with your body while stilling your mind. Every single class you have the opportunity to honor yourself on your mat while being transported with the guidance of all of their wonderful instructors. This is a hot class (my favorite) and you must remember to register for classes online before coming to the studio as they do sell out. I've never

I've been practicing at Radiant since 2019 and it is truly an amazing experience every time I come here. You can tell the instructors really care about their students. There's so much love and positive energy in the room. The heat really is such a good detox! It does get toasty in there but the teachers open the doors frequently so you get plenty of fresh air! Love this studio

I signed up for a two week pass. Went 2x and will not go back. The first class I took was not full, so it was ok. The studio definitely smelled bad, as it was the last class of the day. There is sweat all over the floors outside the studio. The whole place smells like BO.
Daunted, but not ready to give up on a good workout i signed up for and earlier class - and packed, and when I say packed, I mean, you had to be very careful not to hit your neighbor, when changing poses.
When I would lay down on my mat for a break - the man next to me literally was dripping on me. When in Savasana

I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS STUDIO EVER AGAIN. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. RUDE INSTRUCTOR.
I've been practicing yoga for 10 years and decided I wanted to try out a new studio. I booked my first class at Radiant & was looking forward to trying something new.
I was a little taken back when their was no first timer discount for the class (paid the full $40 for a single class) and again when they charged me $3 to rent a mat. Typically, if it's your very first time at a studio, they will at least offer you a mat or towel free of charge. They made no

I love how friendly the staff is, and they have such masterful teachers. You can’t beat how calming and healing the atmosphere is. They truly walk the path of a true Yogi lifestyle ... My favorite instructors: Darlene, Ashley, Doug, and Debbie. I’ll be coming here for years to come. I hope you have a studio with these kinds inspiring people near you. I don’t know what I would do without them.

One of the best studios I have practiced in nationwide. Friendly staff, incredible master teachers & atmosphere permeated with healing & inspiring energy. I felt very much at home on my first day here. I was deeply impressed when they provided FREE online classes during 2020 lockdowns just to support their client's during these tough times. They truly walk the path of what YOGA is all about... My favorite instructors: Darlene (ultimate & powerful divine feminine), Ashley (warrior high energy goddess), Doug (Yin extraordinaire healer), Debbie (angelic healing vibrations).

Radiant Hot Yoga is an awesome hot yoga studio! Each teacher I've taken class with has been wonderful. The classes are quite hot compared to other hot yoga studios I've been to, but I really love the heat so that's a positive for me! Each hot class follows a similar sequence so the flows become more familiar the more you come. Due to COVID-19, class sizes are more limited and you must currently sign up online to guarantee your spot in class. I am so grateful we have this wonderful studio in OC!

This business has refused to honor class passes purchased before Covid and will not issue refunds. They have also deleted purchase history from personal online accounts. They have been reported to the BBB for consumer fraud. I would encourage each and every one of you who have been denied services for a prior purchase or have been refused a refund to do the same.

I've been pretty immersed in practicing various methods of hot yoga for the past 10 years. After my first class at Radiant, I was hooked. Their combination of cardio flows, plus foundation postures to build strength, coupled with 105 degree heat, creates a pretty magical yoga experience. To top it off, the owner, and her staff are truly inspirational - they remember your name, and offer encouragement throughout each class. I've been attending yoga classes here for a couple years, and each class is a treat. Cannot offer enough compliments! This place truly is great!

I love yoga but it was my first time trying hot yoga, bought an amazing deal through Group on. So far attended three classes and loved every minute of it. Very friendly staff. Great environment and the experience itself was very refreshing and totally different. If you like to mix around your workout options or just need something soothing for your body, please try hot yoga.
Warning: Room was pretty hot!!

The minute I walked into the studio I was greeted and signed in to class. The instructors are all super energetic and positive which makes the class so enjoyable. Great experience and I'm sure anybody who is interested in hot yoga would love this place. It makes you feel great at the end. Can't wait to make this a part of my everyday routine.

Love this studio, it really does have a family-feel to it and the instructors are great. The yoga practice is very challenging, especially to those new to Hot Yoga. But the key is to stick it through each class and drink lots and lots of water. Also, each class gets packed quickly, so plan to arrive 10 minutes earlier to get a good spot. Radiant definitely ranks up there with all the top yoga studios in the OC. Try it out, you'll sweat and have a great time!
