I am a physically disabled person who goes to regular PT. I had a severe spasm radiating from my shoulder blade to my neck for months. I have always stayed away from massage therapy because I have so much metal in my spine. Carolyn was understanding, empathetic, and amazing. She was able to break up the spasms which in turn has tremendously benefit with my sleep daily movement, but above all pain.

I love this place, beautiful and very clean prior to and during covid. Very personable, friendly, and accommodating staff from the phone throughout the entire visit, one person is nicer than the next. Paul Rosero is absolutely amazing at what he does. 10/10 would recommend the center and Paul in particular.

I was only in town for a couple of days visiting and decided to get a sports massage. I saw Paul and explained that I wanted a good pressure but not deep tissue because I didn’t want to be too sore and he was very accommodating. I’ve had a back problem for years and when I left I felt looser and was surprised to feel no pain at all. I couldn’t believe it! I wish I lived closer so I could visit more often but I will definitely be back next time I’m in town.
