NDC is very knowledge about their products and has superb customer service!! They actually listened to what we would like then clearly explained all our options that were best suited for our needs. This included what was best for the type and size of our home. They are transparent about everything, cost, timeline, insulation process and the service after installation. NDC cares, is fair and sincerely honest!

They were wonderful with their promptness and repairing the problem. My complaint is how overpriced my thermostat was. I was charged $100.00 for a thermostat that costs $33.89 on Amazon. I understand there's going to be a markup and don't generally have a problem with it. But this was way overpriced. I can understand charging extra, but over 3x? That's a bit much.

It was great working with NDC. They were able to come out to give a quote in less than a week, answered all my questions, I liked their products, and they had the best price out of the 3 quotes I got. I also got a discount for paying in full by check once installation was complete. The installation team arrived on time, was tidy and efficient, and answered my additional questions. They installed both the furnace and A/C (I was replacing both, so the duct work, etc was already existing) in just under a day. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommended!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this company. Every person I encountered from the first phone call to the installation of a new system was so incredibly friendly and helpful. The time had come to replace our ancient and outdated heating system. We obtained many estimates but one thing stood out above all with NDC....trust! They went above and beyond and took their time to answer our numerous questions and address every concern, truly putting our minds at ease. It was a big purchase that we surely wanted to get “right.” The entire team beginning with the first phone call through completion were courteous and professional.
