Furnace went out yesterday, I called them this morning when they opened and were here at 1pm, the tech quickly determined that it was a seized Ventor Motor caused by a bird that came through the exhaust vent. They had the part I needed and swapped it out and got the furnace back up and operational in an hour. Very professional and explained everything along the way. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

My thermostat went out over the night. I called Mike in the morning. He asked if I checked the batteries before he came out to save me a service call. They were bad and I changed them. Anyone else would have had to come out just to change the batteries. Forever grateful.

We called M.P. Vivo on a Thursday to schedule an appointment. They scheduled us for the following Monday, but called back a few minutes later to tell us they could squeeze us in the next day. The gentleman, Zach, who came was professional, kind an was very knowledgeable. He told us what all was going on with our unit and was willing to fix anything we wanted him to work on, or stop when we asked. We, with his input, decided to replace the unit. They gave us a fair price and were able to have it put in within a week! Other companies were called and didn't return our call or told us e would be put

I cannot say enough good things about Mike. I called today because my furnace was blowing cold air. I told him I was concerned it would get too cold in the house for my toddler. He said he would be over within 45 minutes despite being booked solid for the day. He was exactly on time and figured out the problem within a few minutes. He showed me how to fix the issue in case it happened again and told me call him anytime with any other problems. We will definitely be using him in the future! Thank you, Mike!
