Make an appointment today! Simply go to the Make Appointment tab and select a treatment time that works for you. For first time appointments, please print and fill out the Health History Form (under Forms) prior to arriving. Thank you! Also please wear loose, comfortable clothing to your appointment.
Regardless of the type of treatment, rest assured that you will be treated gently and I'll make sure that you are as comfortable as possible! If this is your first treatment we will discuss your current health concerns and spend time doing a thorough intake. If this is a follow up visit to the office, the discussion time will be much less and we will start in on the treatment after an initial check-in.
