At Titan Towing we understand that providing adequate parking can sometimes be a difficult task. Vehicle owners that neglect the guidelines can only enhance your current parking problems. We do not tow vehicles for parking violations in homes or apartments. This is against our business rules and ethics.

I'm not going to lie the price was good but they told us that they were going to be an a hour to come tow our vehicle. We had to called them because it had been over and hour and when we called this is what they told us. "Oh did y'all still need to be towed"? Like why would I be calling you if I didn't need to be towed. So we had to wait and additional 30-40min mind you I have my son and hubby in the car no heater in 28 degree weather waiting. Then they bring my vehicle back to my apartment with damages to it. Even with the price being so low I would never recommend this

My car broke down on I30 leaving Dallas at 11:30pm, Sunday night. All it took was one phone call and Titan Towing came to the rescue. They arrived quicker than they had committed to and had my car loaded and on our way back to Arlington in no time. Very professional, prompt and courteous. I will recommend Titan Towing to everyone I know. Top shelf!!

Quick to throw past employees names out an speak badly about them. Also on green oaks I passed one of the trucks. Goin at a high rate of speed and came into oncoming traffic and almost hit me head on while the back end was about to come out. Very unsafe call Kelly McKnight or armada you will have better service trust me. The owner at titan didn't own up to almost hitting me head on I recognized him instantly. Not an employee the owner!!! Ill call b&b wrecker or Kelly McKnight or walnut Hill wrecker depending on my location.

I needed a tow for my vehicle to the repair shop. Titan Towing gave excellent service, at a fair price ($5-10 less than 2 others I called).
I scheduled for pickup at 9:00 AM the next morning. They arrived promptly 8:54 AM, friendly driver, no problems at all, went very smoothly. Highly recommended.
Getting a car towed is not high on my list of enjoyable things to do :) , but if needed again I will be calling Titan

Pretty good local rates and fast service. Got my AWD into the dealer on a flatbed in a split. Used em a bit later for a battery jump and was kind of surprised when it cost pretty much the same as the tow I had gotten earlier. Otherwise would have been a 5 star. $90 for a jump seems high when compared to $100 for a tow.

I got a flat tire on the side of the highway at 200 am. I called roadside assistance and they said it would take an hour. I called Titan Towing they were there in 20 minutes. When they arrived the tow man was really nice and made sure I knew everything that was happening. It took less than 30 minutes to complete the job. I highly recommend!!!!

*updating my review since owner called me and wanted to get to the bottom of it . Not a lot of ppl do that . So good service on that front. Just if next time driver's could have the required tools would appreciate it . I know it's safety 101 to be ready 4 a blown out but unfortunately we weren't ready and had to do hitch a ride to the closets Walmart to buy the tire bolt remover . (driver came and told us it wasn't his truck and said he didn't have the tools required in order to do the job we specifically requested . Be ready to dish out a lot more money because of this excuse . Wouldn't use this

Called Titan Towing to tow my car to the dealership because it had broken down in a fast food restaurant parking lot. He was there within 30 minutes and look under the hood and was able to fix the problem enough to get to the dealership without a tow. He didn't even charge for the call or the fix. Would most definitely use again and would recommend to anyone else who needs a tow.
