Well it seems their Yelp reviews are accurate. They probably faked their google reviews because I sat on the side of the road for two hours being strung along, only 5 minutes, 45 more minutes...... oh wait we have no idea where our driver is and we are going to cancel. I called this poor excuse for a company for a tow. I was told any cancellations would result in a charge. What they didn’t tell me was they had no drivers and no estimated time to arrive. What they DID tell me was a driver was going to call me in a few minutes to get my exact location. So I sat for an hour before I called again, when they said it was going to be another 45min to 1 hour before the driver showed up.
So I waited another hour, only to call and have them tell me the driver won’t be coming.

The worst towing service I have ever worked with. I called 3 days in advance to make sure I was able to get a pick up time for the day I needed. My scheduled pick up time was 9-10 am. At 10:30 I called to let them know that no one was here they informed me that they didn't even have my pick up in their system. We then scheduled it for later in the day and I asked if I need to be there since I had to go back into work. They told me that my presence as not needed and I could leave. Half way to work I received a call from the driver and they informed me that I did in fact need to be there to

No stars honestly! I waited almost 2 hours for a tow truck & then didn't even give me a courtesy call to tell me they were running behind, got caught up with another customer, etc. After waiting 2 plus hours, I called to cancel, because I could actually walk home faster & they charged me $89 for a dispatch fee. Very disappointed, dissatisfied and would NOT recommend this towing company to anyone!

I wouldn't recommend this bunch of lying thieves to anyone. Not one timeline they gave me was accurate, not one person did what they said they were going to do. Waited for too long, and over paid out the a$$. And to top it all off, they gave the wrong key to the car repair place. Even when the auto repair place said "Why are you giving me a Fiat key for a Kia?" Really? How stoopid are all of these people? NEVER NEVER use this company.

Disappointed in the practice of letting the technicians charge for towing after getting $55 for the initial call. Once I set up the pick and was told the particulars about in town and out of town towing prices I thought it would be good. Truck shows up, picks up my vehicle drives 7 minutes and I get charged for milage, change of zip code and the fact that I beat him to the destination.
