Tina has been with Grand Teton Property Management since 1996, purchasing the company and assuming its leadership in 2005.

Grand Teton Property Management is fully licensed, bonded and insured. Grand Teton Property Management provides customized services for both residential and commercial properties.
Full service second home management; each scope of work is custom created for the individual property owner. Services include security and maintenance checks and facilitating house cleaning, painting and staining, winterization, lawn care, snow removal and much more. Facilitate airport drop-offs, holiday decoration installment, grocery shopping and other services that make your arrival seamless.
Hands-on management style allows us to have constant supervision of properties and tenants. Responsibilities for new and vacant listings are to advertise, coordinate inquiries and showings, screen potential tenants including credit, criminal and rental reference checks, negotiate lease terms and perform pre and post move in inspections.

I was renting a unit they managed. I notified them I was moving out and went into the office to discuss the cleaning, utilities, timing, etc. They told me I was fine to move out five days before the end of the month and that I didn’t have to worry about that next months rent as they have people wanting my apartment. So I took that money and paid my new land lord. When GTPM sent my deposits back to me they took the $1000 for that next month out of my deposit. When I approached them about it they denied ever saying that and kept my $1000. Never do business with these guys. They lie and steel your

Grand Teton Property Management only has one interest in mind and that their own. Lisa King and company are deceitful liars. After living in the same unit for three years and being able to finally afford our own place we gave Lisa a month and half of notice that we would be moving out. She said no problem we will be able to find a tenant.
They did not even try to find a tenant because they were to busy to place a five minute ad in the Jackson Hole Daily. I posted it on 22 Rents and they got over 20 phone calls in three hours requesting showings for the unit but did not show it to anyone. In the

This company is a JOKE! Unorganized, mismanaged and unprofessional. Inept at performing the smallest amount of services to both landlord and tenant. If there was any way in which I could be a part of putting this company out of business I would do anything in my power to help make that happen. Disgusted and embarrassed at the feeble attempts they made at correcting very serious leaking roofs throughout multiple properties that they are overseeing.

These people don’t take an ounce of pride in their work and should close shop. They lack professionalism and drive to excel at the menial tasks that are their responsibility. If you want anything done you have to get it done yourself and call them to remind them, or in our case, beg them to do anything they previously said they would. Worst part is though, after significant water damage in our home TWO months ago our home is still ripped apart and we are living out of suitcases.

Awful people who are only interested in collecting money. Just look at all the previous negative reviews. Nothing good to say about this company. And beware of one who works there named Demerie, with such bad attitude you'd think s/he literally has something thorny stuck up his/her behind. What a bitter person s/he must be. Need proof? I'll forward all the rude emails s/he sends to property owners and tenants. I have several people I know living in the same neighborhood who all say the same thing. It's not a coincidence.

This company was amazing, they do there own maintenance and they got my house rented for $300-$400 more than everyone else. They have a webpage for both the tenants and the landlords that keeps everyone informed. Great source of information and very helpful and friendly.
