My wife and I started Outpost in September of 2014 when we were 24 and 26, respectively. We managed our own home as our first property, and almost five years and 185 properties later, we are now the largest vacation rental company in Jackson Hole. Through significant growth and change, one thing has remained constant.

Our group, of 3 couples, travels quite a bit and this property was the absolute best! It is roomy, comfortable, easy check-in, and simple check-out. We loved the "covered" parking, especially when it snowed. We had everything that we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Loved the lotion and the boxes of tissues in the bathrooms! The 2 washer and dryer units were spot on to allow us to be able to pack lighter. And, the fire places were great, not only for the cozy look, but they provided warmth to us Southerners!! Outpost was good to work with overall. The check-in and check-out processes were very easy for the unit we rented, and we were very pleased with the cleanliness of our unit. For me, their communication was slightly lacking. It would have been nice to have spoken to someone upon booking and leading up to our vacation. I had to reach out to them a few times to get confirmation of our lift tickets.

Hi, I am an owner of A condo in Crystal Springs, and also on the HOA Board for Crystal Springs.. Outpost has left trash in my hall way, and I'm tired of it. I have seen them spill liquid on the carpeting of the 4th floor numerous times. Well for a company that sounds so great, from my point of view not so much. This is what is in the hallway right now and been there since 4:00 PM this afternoon. Their cleanleness is pathetic at best.

We stayed at Grand View 5240 and had the most amazing time! We traveled with our daughters and in-laws and we each had our own bedrooms and they were very spacious. The condo was absolutely perfect! I chose Grand View 5240 as there was an elevator for this unit so it was easily accessible for my in-laws. They really enjoyed the views from this unit as well. We also loved how close it is to everything in town. We most definitely will stay at an Outpost location in the future. We loved the special touches they added with the coffee, donuts, and they even had the fireplace going upon our arrival.

We stayed in GrandView 332 and had a great stay. Check in and check out was easy. The basic supplies provided by Outpost were appreciated. I've never stayed at a rental that provided basics like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc and those little extras made our stay so much more pleasant. And check out was great - no stripping the beds, gathering the towels, taking out trash - - just turn on the dishwasher, adjust the thermostat and lock the door. I'll definitely look for an Outpost rental on future vacations.

I cannot say enough positive things about Outpost!! The place we stayed was immaculate and so lovely. We were in Love Residence #252, and it was so well appointed, we really needed nothing except groceries! We even drove off in our rental SUV with the garage door opener. When we got to the airport and realized what we'd done, I called immediately to confess!! They were so laid back...not to worry, happened all the time, etc. I was so relieved and thankful they had handled the situation so beautifully to lessen my anxiety. We would go back there in a heartbeat!

This is my third time using Outpost in Jackson Hole. This time I switched it up and stayed at Moose Creek 34 in Teton Village. What a treat it was to be there in November without the crowds. The unit was very clean and the views were amazing! Would definitely come back to this unit and definitely use Outpost again!

Aspens Log Cabin was 5+ stars all the way. It's conveniently located to everything is greater Jackson Hole and I was in absolute awe of this BEYOND chic and stylish home. It was the ultimate Wyoming dream house: immaculately cleaned, decorated, and well-appointed. My husband and I spent our honeymoon here and it was the perfect combination of the luxuries of a 5-star hotel with the comforts and intimacy of being at home. The kitchen had every tool and gadget a home chef could dream of and even the toiletries were high end. We enjoyed cooking meals at the house, building fires in the wood burning

We had an AWFUL experience! On our second day in a rented condo, we were greeted with 2 rats/mice in our unit!!!! Outpost JH told us that night to do what we needed to do to go to a hotel. We booked the hotel for our remaining 4 nights because we were told no other properties were available by Outpost. Outpost would not refund our remaining UNUSED nights! They expected us to stay in the condo with multiple rodents!!!!! Not going to happen!!! The emails were rude and unhelpful. They were rude enough to offer us a $100.00 refund!!!!!!! DO NOT BOOK A PROPERTY WITH THEM!!!!!! They even admitted that

Crystal Springs 405 was nicely appointed. We had no real issues during our stay, be aware it is right next to the Mangy Moose so you may encounter some loud people leaving the bar at early hours of the morning. I was woken up on at least one occasion. The unit itself was really nice with vaulted ceilings and wooden beams, but they need to update the photos as the furniture was not as luxurious as depicted. They need to replace the washer and dryer as it was unusable. Smelled terribly of mildew and did not feel my clothes would come out cleaner than when I put them in if I attempted to use. That

Booking through Outpost Jackson Hole was so easy, great communication before and during the stay, they just made that part of our trip worry free. We stayed at Harvest Dance 3153 at Spring Creek Ranch and it was very nice, lots of room and very quiet when we were there. The best thing about this condo has to be the views, I cant imagine anywhere with better views. The condo was clean and well kept, lots of extra bedding and dishes. The washer and dryer were so nice to have and the condo was close to town and easy to access. We would definitely book through Outpost again .
