I never have concerns when going to the dentist for my bi-annual cleaning, but have developed some sensitivity and was anxious about my visit this time. Angie was so great. Not only was she careful to ensure no discomfort, she did a great job educating me on various flossing techniques and toothpastes known for being abrasive, which we determined was the cause of my new issue.
The dentists are great and consistently do a thorough exam. The front end ladies are exceptional. Always a welcoming atmosphere and very helpful and attentive.

Done with them after this morning because of the face mask policy. The mandate states to wear a mask only of you can't practice social distancing. There was no one else in the waiting room. I can't get my teeth cleaned with a mask on anyway. There's also no need to take my temperature at the door, if I had a fever I wouldn't have went for my appointment. I hope they didn't charge my insurance. I'd hate to go through the process of fighting that battle.

You can tell that they genuinely care about the people in their chairs. They take their time and aren't rough, they're great at accommodating different needs (ex. sometimes my jaw would lock up and they remembered and made sure I had a guard in my mouth so I wouldn't be uncomfortable) and are very thorough. An added Bonus is their Staff (ALL OF THEM), they make you feel welcome and cared about.

The very best in my 81 yrs. Kind, considerate, knowledgeable, and after bumbling around with dentists in Gastonia, Chauvin&Chauvin is the best. I am referring this Group to anyone in the area. Just the best, ever. Thanks to the Dentists and Staff. I was referred by friends and I will never regret the move.

Best dentistry office I have ever been to.
Fixed my son's tooth issue without appointment because he was in such pain.
Fixed my sister in law's tooth that the other guy said was not repairable. Very good dentist. Only complaint I have is front desk ladies would call me during my sleep hours as a night shift person, waking me up. Eventually had to block that number until I got off nights.
But that has nothing to do with the quality of care.

Hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to! Front desk staff is always smiling and always address me by name (which is uncommon these days!). Scheduling appointments is super easy and they call to make sure I remember appointments or can get me in sooner. The back staff between hygienists and doctors are always professional and polite as well, they make sure you understand everything they’re doing and you understand why they’ve done it! They make coming to the dentist less of a hassle and more much more comfortable.. From start to finish everything about this office is amazing! Highly

I’m your typical scared, and nervous patient. I do everything to avoid going to the Dentist. Chauvin & Chauvin make it so much easier to visit the Dentist. Also, the ENTIRE staff is absolutely amazing and friendly. I won’t say I look forward to going to the Dentist. However, it truly is a better experience with them.
