This place is great, exactly what you're looking for in a collision center! Great service, really friendly staff that really give a damn about your business and about why you're there. They understand that people involved in accidents are going through a lot and the staff are understanding and accommodating. Daren was quick to deal with the tow truck driver as well as situating all the paper work. Thank yall, great service needs to be commended.

Someone rear-ended me on the I-5 and sent my car into another car, so I had structural damage in both the front and the back, with my rear bumper hanging on by a thread. My car was still drivable, so I drove it back to Bakersfield and my insurance sent me to this place. I had never been in an accident before (or since), and I figured it would take a couple weeks to get my car back. Nope - it took over a month. Worst shop I've been too, had brought my vehicle here to be fixed and they scammed me for an extra 100$ as a seperate charge instead of charging my insurance or ever mentioning it would be charged. Not much you can do when they have your vehicle and you have to pay for everything to get it back, even charges that were never mentioned.

We’re grateful to Daren and the team at Rosedale Collision Center. They have worked with us,to our satisfaction, to repair our 2010 Forrester. My son's car was involved in a minor accident; nevertheless, the bumper, radiator, one corner of the hood, condenser, and a broken light were damaged during the collision. My son drove the car back home after the accident. My insurance sent me there to have it repaired. They towed it to their shop and after a month or so, they called saying that the car was ready and to go pick it up. My son turned on the car and the car wouldn't go into gear (it's a manual transmission) I asked them why we were having a problem with the transmission since the transmission was not damaged during the collision.

Shady business practices. They start repairing your car even before you give them permission. Then they try to lien sale your vehicle for bogus charges. They don’t value your business. My insurance has spent over 10k in repairs on vehicles I’ve brought here. Never again will I recommend this shop to anyone and I have tons of business and customer contacts.

Have a 2014 Honda Accord. Was in an accident and had to have one of the rear doors replaced, they get one with scratches on the molding and tell me it's a new door. Ive been back 6 or 8 times because the weatherstriping for that door does not stay. Every time I've been back they fix it and tell me, good as new.

I will never use them again. Poor customer service. Car was late. Never called. Washers on windshield parts were missing. They treated my teenage son badly. Shop manager never called back after I called him....Go somewhere else.
