I was referred to Bakersfield autobody by the.dealership as they said they worked with them on their cars. I have to say that the overall experience was very positive. I just picked it up today but it appears that they did a great job. I worked with Dave and he was very responsive to my requests and was very helpful.

Unfortunately had my car serviced here and received very poor service. I took my car in to repaint the whole front bumper, yet received my car back over sprayed, old and new parts. As well as a dent on one side of the bumper. I returned to find a solution to these mishaps yet in return the employee “Katrina” lacked professionalism and had bad customer service. My car was with them for over a week and the rental car I received had a horrible smell. Lastly the company promised AAA would have a final look and upon that happening Bakersfield Auto Body placed the blame of these errors on everyone

Horrible customer service, you honestly have to be the one pressing for updates on your vehicle. They are also very misguiding and unable to effectively communicate; i.e. took vehicle to get worked on, we were advised they'd reach out if they came across issues and that the vehicle would be ready at most a month. A month later we contacted them to see if the vehicle was ready for pick up since we hadn't heard from them at all. We were then informed of the issues they came across and that they wouldn't be able to work on the vehicle eventhough they had already assured us they would be able to performe

Very accommodating and really good service. Our SUV part was ordered and received in a timely manner and work was done in two days once the part was in. Our car turned out really good. Family owed and been in Bakersfield for a long time which has to count for something, thank you David who assisted us all the way through!

This place is suppose to fix bodywork not cause damage to the body. Their workers are careless, so you'll end up with a car with some dents on doors and scratches by the time the work is finished. The finger pointing also needs to stop and evaluate the workers if they are doing their job CAREFULLY AND CORRECTLY. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone if they want a quality work and care done to their car.

Took my 2015 Dodge Journey in for a hit n run repair at a parking lot. They did an excellent job i explained to Carlos how picky I was so they knew what expectations needed to be met I made sure to record the car at drop off and pointed out the minor defects currently on the paint. They fixed the repair of the accident and match the paint perfectly, which was a difficult color to match Redline pearl.

I am writing this review on behalf of my Dad. His car was vandalized while on a walk. As upsetting as this is, we turned in the claim and were sent to Bakersfield Auto Body.
