My service engine light came on and i brought it to Chevy and they "fixed it" after bringing my car back 2 other times in the same month for the same thing i just decided to bring it to someone else. I brought it to Charles garage and right away he showed me the issue and fixed it. Chevy bandaged an area they said was fixed ( $300)and Billie and his team were able to finally fix it. I also had Chevy look at my vehicle for a noise i kept hearing and 2 Chevy dealerships couldn't figure it out. Took Billie 5 seconds to find a huge rock underneath. I'm so thankful to now finally

Brought vehicle in for a wheel alignment and handed the owner a print out of what specs I wanted. Basically a 45 minute wheel alignment. He called and couldn't obtain settings because he didn't read the paragraph in the print out. In the end he followed and finished. I ended up having to pay 3 hours labor which titaled 401.21 for a simple wheel alignment. Basically I paid for their incompetence to follow simple instructions. Make sure you get an estimate in writing for any work.

Total scam artists. Don't bring your car to this place. Gave my elderly parents an over-the-phone quote of $1,300 in repairs on their 2005 car. My parents called them back twenty minutes after the quote over the phone to say they decided not to put the money into repairing the older car and were told that they had already started the repairs so they charged them $183! Total bull. Do NOT trust them!
