We arrived on Friday after driving for more than 8 hours. We had a time crunch, arrangements needed for a funeral service. Parma Flower Shop took the time to help us choose the right arrangements, then on a tight deadline, they really came through with some magnificent displays. Fantastic customer service! We were in Cleveland from Columbus for my husband’s father’s funeral, in a bind we didn’t have flowers and arrived at their shop 1 hour before the service was set to begin. They… were amazingly kind and worked fast and put together this beautiful arrangement. We are forever thankful and would recommend your shop to anyone. Not sure how this place warranted such generous ratings. I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to a funeral home, for the showing of my daughter’s father-in-law. What I ordered and what was delivered are two… completely different arrangements. I was extremely embarrassed. The arrangement delivered looked half dead. See for yourself. I called and emailed The Parma Flower Shop but they will not do the right thing and issue a refund. They want the product returned. However, the family removed all of the arrangements before the Parma Flower Shop went to the funeral home to retrieve

Very professional, personal, and fast! Ordered for a delivery and I asked for a picture before it was delivered,which they sent me one. I'm really happy with what they put together!

These guys are simply awesome. I needed dahlias, not something you can just get easily on a whim in December. They did what it took and made it happen, and I was able to pick up my order the very next day. My wife was over the moon. They'll be getting my business in the future for as long as we live in the area.
