Motifaith Fitness is a new athletic-based, private functional fitness studio in Hales Corners, Wisconsin. The only true facility in the Greater Milwaukee area outfitted for people that want serious results. Great Gym and a wonderful staff! The facility is extremely clean with great equipment and a fun and friendly atmosphere.
The gym is very inviting as are the clients and trainers. The trainers have positive attitudes and they are focused on helping people be successful with their health. Overall would highly recommend to anyone looking for a personalized gym experience. I drove past everyday for a year thinking I should stop and one day I had enough and I needed to stop in, so I did.

Lex has been in the fitness industry for more than 16 years and counting with experience in many different areas of fitness and health. He has managed and educated many fitness professionals in variety wellness topics and helped develop their skills over the years. He specializes in weight loss, youth-training, sports performance and injury prevention.
Motifaith fitness offers a variety of different workout formats in the our newly designed private training studio. You can burn 800 calories or more in 45 minutes with our heart-rate based interval M45 training programs. Heart-Rate monitors are used with the M45 small group training classes and our personal training sessions.

Can't think of a single negative comment to make about Motifaith. It has been almost 4 months since I signed up for 6 months of personal training with Lex and I can honestly say its been the best decision I've ever made. I wanted to join a gym but I had never worked out on my own expect for running and didn't know where to start. I knew I would hurt myself eventually doing the exercises I would find online and would probably get burnt out in a month or 2 and just cancel my membership. I train with Lex and he does an amazing job making sure I am performing every exercise correctly and walks me through

I 'm still fairly new at Motifaith Fitness but I have always felt very comfortable and right at home since the beginning. I go for the personal training and it's a very welcoming and encouraging environment and there's no judgement on what you can or can't do. My trainer is very knowledgeable and a great source of motivation to want to get better in the gym while also having fun and keeping things light. Overall one of the best decisions to go to Motifaith Fitness and I look forward to every chance I get to go there! Would highly recommend to anyone!

I am on a self improvement journey, physical fitness being a top pillar. In requiring a jump- start, I have, for the first time ever, signed up for personal training. The past 6 weeks have been transformative: in my mental well being, improved cardiovascular fitness and better endurance. I feel stronger everyday. There is something to be said about finding the right mix of personal training and group training sessions which this place offers. I love my one-on-one personal training twice a week. My trainer is very professional and knowledgeable and listens when I have any feedback or opinions. It’s remarkable what 90 minutes of training can do a week to keep me in good shape and make the things I love to do, easier and more enjoyable.

Look, some people really enjoy exercising and that's great....but I'm not one of them. The 1 on 1 training holds me accountable and the classes are never overbooked or boring. I like the staff and while yes, this place isn't cheap, you get what you pay for. No weird gym smell, no dust bunnies in corners, no uneducated trainers and no equipment I'm too grossed out to use. I still don't enjoy exercising and I don't think that will ever change, but I do enjoy going to Motifaith.

I have been a member for almost 2 years. I enjoy the classes as much now as when I first joined. I previously was a member of the YMCA,Innovative, and Wisconsin athletic club. When I was a member at those gyms, it was a struggle for me to get motivated to go to class. Since being a member at Motifaith, there is no struggle to go to the gym. I go on an average of 3 to 4 times a week. I look forward to the classes, the trainers, and seeing the other members..Motifaith is definitely a gym that’s worth checking out. You won’t be disappointed.
