Ryan is the personal trainer I needed to find. I was stuck and he got me “unstuck”. As a motivator he brings an amazing attitude and has such a great program. He’s really good at combining focused workouts and nutritional guidance, which helped me reach my 6-week goal. Ryan also worked hard to switch things up with my workouts so it never got boring. The1-on-1 attention worked perfect for me and kept me on task every session. I will definitely be signing up for more sessions to keep my progress going!

I’ve been training with Ryan for a few months now and I have already gained more muscle and lift more than I knew I could! I don’t regret taking the plunge and hiring a trainer. Ryan is the way to go! As a bonus he provides you with meal plans, safe lifting techniques, and workouts to do at home. Highly recommend!

Ryan is a great personal trainer. I go with my 2 buds so we can support each other. I've lost weight and built muscle. We're finishing up our second set of sessions and will be signing up for a 3rd!

I would highly recommend! I came to WPF as a complete newbie having no experience with weight training. After 8 weeks of working with Ryan I've cut weight, added muscle, and have a lot more confidence. Ryan has been fantastic and put together a personalized plan that works for me. I actually look forward to working out now which is not something I ever thought I would say

Ryan was a great personal trainer. He made sure to keep me in good form to prevent injury and tailored workouts that fit both me and my girlfriend’s fitness levels. He kept the time fun and engaging, but most of all he made sure to keep pushing you forward. 5/5 would recommend.

Let's be honest and just say I have had a lifelong love affair with food and the pandemic made it more than just a love affair ... it got downright scary. I have worked out my entire life but the food intake surpassed the work outs by a great amount. In November, I was facing three outcomes: be the fat mom at our son's wedding, go on insulin and go on high blood pressure medication. Or, I could lose weight. I am glad I chose the latter. I trained with Ryan 3 to 4 days per week for 2.5 years before he opened Wisconsin Personal Fitness. The only reason I no longer train with him is because he is now too far away from me. He uses scientific-based methods to get his clients the gains we are all looking for. I would definitely work with him again. He is a fantastic trainer!

My husband and I (both in our mid 50's) just finished a 7 week session with Ryan. I lost 18.5 lbs and my husband lost 18 lbs. We both are feeling stronger and so much better than we did when we started! Though the workouts are not easy, Ryan makes them fun and he is very encouraging and morivating! Every week there are new things to do, so his… workouts are never boring!! The nutrition plan he has for us is easy to follow and we are never hungry! We just signed up for another 6 week session and cant wait to see how we look and feel when we're done! Can't thank Ryan enough for what he's done

I recently finished my 6 week fitness and nutrition program with Ryan and I couldn't be happier! Losing weight over 50 is not easy, but with Ryan's help I lost 15 pounds, gained muscle and fit into clothes I haven't in a while!
