We built with Ben about two years ago and couldn’t be happier. Ben managed to stay on budget and on time even with all of our changes, accommodating any request we had and actually applying ideas or pictures we had seen. With being our first time building, Ben and his staff answered our questions and reassured us taking the stress out of the building process. The end result is our beautiful home that we continually get compliments for and couldn’t be happier with. We definitely recommend Conklin Construction to anyone thinking about building their new home.

I needed to find a builder I could trust and treat me with the same respect that I treated them. Ben Conklin was the owner of that company. He met with me in the dead of winter as I was under a time crunch and make what is typically a very stressful life event, much less stressful.
Additionally, on a couple of occasions during the house building phases, Ben gently educated me on possible improved alternatives to some of my choices without making me feel completely foolish.
Never did Ben say something wasn’t possible, he was a straight shooter and was very transparent with change requests.
