The flashing on my chimney was cracked and leaking in water real bad. Andrew came out the same day I called, gave me a estimate on the spot for the repair, and repaired it two days later before the last big storm hit. He was very kind and explained it to me in a way that I understood what needed to be done and I know nothing about roofing. He also did a inspection of my roof and gave me an estimate at no cost! I will definitely be getting my roof done by them and I'm very pleased with the customer service they provided. If anyone is looking to get work done on their roof I would go to Dekalb Roofing

DeKalb Roofing saved my house! I had some really shoddy roofing from a past contractor and they promptly gave me honest, no-nonsense advice and options. I ended up getting a completely new roof done by DeKalb Roofing and I could be happier! My neighbors already have work set up with them. The Dekalb Roofing guys are great. Really responsive. Impressed by preparedness and completeness of the job. Customer service very good and provide good value and quality work. It was good to see the boss on the roof doing work with his crew. Very clean, they draped tarps over important structures and plants around the house. They even cleaned up and disposed of some extra garbage and carpet that I was getting rid of. Would definitely recommend and use their service again.

The employee on the phone was extremely helpful and the reviews were encouraging, so I was beyond surprised and disappointed in the service we received. The employee didn’t bring a ladder to examine our second-story house’s roof. Furthermore, he told me he would try taking a look and would get back to me; instead, however, he must have left after ten or so minutes, without a word. I was beyond confused and imagined he maybe went to grab a ladder, but I’ve still yet to hear back from the employee or company. I mean, seriously, what kind of roofing business doesn’t bring a ladder and leaves

I had my roof done from them in February of this year and haven't had a single problem with it since. The man who came to my house was very respectful and easy going. He answered every question I had and I got a free estimate within 2 days of meeting him. When the initial project was done, the yard was picked up and the driveway swept. Afterward, I decided I wanted to have a new skylight put in - they gave me the option of not meeting face-to-face due to Covid. I got the estimate by email, the skylight was put in, and I was able to pay all without seeing anyone (which I chose for). I will definitely
