I had the BEST experience with Uptown Flowers! I live in CA, but due to Covid, we had to move our wedding to Texas kinda last minute! William was so wonderful & extremely responsive throughout the whole process! I sent him one inspiration photo, and he absolutely outdid himself. Our wedding was gorgeous and it's all thanks to Uptown Flowers!

I was extremely excited when Uptown Flowers took my order. I was declined by another florist because they were over booked with orders for Mother's Day. My order was for a floral arrangement to be sent to my daughter to recognize her during Nurses Week. William was very kind and understanding to my needs. He sent me a picture of the arrangement (I like to know what I'm paying for). It exceeded my expectations!

We contacted Uptown Flowers after our initial florist stopped responding. We were still a few months out from our wedding day, and the owner met with us fairly quickly. We talked numbers and arrangements, he pulled samples from the back to show us, and he was extremely polite. We left awaiting an estimate, and about a week later I emailed him just to be sure he had all the information he needed from us. We never heard back from him. It's a shame, because we were ready to do business; but the silence caused us more last-minute stress trying to find a third florist. Hopefully the organization

I'm giving uptown flowers one star because unfortunately for some reason he never contacted us back after our first Consultation. It was our first Consultation with a florist and we were so excited! We met, everything went good. He said he'll have everything laid out by the end of the week and we still to this day have NOT heard back. I emailed him and no response. He was highly recommended by our venue too. We were so upset. Thank god we found a florist who is amazing!

I worked with William for my wedding. He was fantastic! After a short meeting, he was able to give me the flowers of my dreams, and a great price. I told him the flowers I liked, showed him a few pictures from Pinterest, and he matched my vision perfectly. I was even provided with a small version of my bridal bouquet for my portraits. When I arrived at my wedding, the flowers were already there and set up. They were absolutely gorgeous! From the cake flowers to the aisle decor, everything was so lovely! I didn't want to let go of my bouquet at the beginning of my reception!

Starting off in the downtown area, I needed to find something in the plant department to take to a funeral stat. I look up places that were open and saw a few that were close. The first one was a boutique (I discovered after walking up to their closed door) was by appointment only. The second one was Upton Flowers.
Lucky for my there was a 30 min parking spot located right in front. As soon as I walk in, the place smells amazing and I see a really large set up and counter. But I was afraid they wouldn't have anything for me.

These guys know their business! I was the wedding planner for a friend and called Uptown Flowers for their help. We knew we wanted simple flowers with specific colors and herbs but didn't have a clue how we wanted the arrangements. A couple days before the weeding, we dropped off the live herb plants and they worked magic! When the arrangements were delivered to the Plaza Club for the reception, nothing but "oohs and aahhs"!

Bev and her team at Uptown Flowers created beautiful florals for our recent wedding at the Southwest School of Art. Though we never met (I live in another state), and communicated only via phone and email, she created beautiful bouquets, boutonnieres, and centerpieces that were modern, elegant, and just what I was looking for. I would highly recommend them.

Talk about excellent customer service! Uptown Flowers is top notch! I have relied on their services for birthdays and just because moments.
In my first experience, I did not have internet access and Bev walked me through my options to deliver flowers for my best friend's birthday. Although I could not see what was delivered, I knew they did a great job when my friend called me in tears!!! Bev also mentioned they also have a website I could order from and that they would keep my account information on file because I live in San Francisco.
The next event happened today, when I ordered
