I am thrilled to announce No. 9, a unique new retail concept store in San Antonio. Five years ago, my partner and I visited New Orleans for the first time together, and since that we trip we have been back many times. We have a love affair with the city, its people, its history, and its spirit. Every time we visit, we bring back a piece of the city's soul and culture.
No. 9 is a reflection of that. When I started Statue of Design over 9 years ago, I never anticipated the growth we've experienced lately. But because of the love and loyalty our clients and others in the community have shown us, I decided to expand into retail floral and gifts.

Absolutely gorgeous arrangement! Bright and unusual flowers, greenery, and roses in a very cool vase. The tulips and orchids are exquisite. Delivery was perfect. I brought these out to Kerrville for my dad’s 91st birthday. He loves flowers and gardening. He was ecstatic. They look so fresh and will last for days. No.9 is my absolute favorite florist. I received the most beautiful fragrant flowers from No.9 . I’d had surgery and I can’t tell you how much they brightened my day ! They brought me so much happiness that I sent my Sis-in-law an arrangement the same week because I knew how beautiful the flowers would be and how much happiness they would bring . That has been the best experience ever ordering flowers! The process was easy. I had questions and sent a message and it was quickly acknowledged and answered. No. 9 florist is Number 1 in my book. I have received several arrangements from them and each is very unique and beautiful. In addition to their unbeatable floral arrangements, we have also received a jigsaw puzzle from them. Having thought we lost one of the pieces, they worked with our daughter who gave us the puzzle and created/sent a replacement piece. Most impressive!!!!

This team performs MAGIC! I have been a huge fan of their work for a long time and follow them on Instagram so when it came time for a bridal bouquet, I knew where I had to go. We did a small intimate wedding due to the current pandemic so all I needed was a small bouquet. This is not your typical florist, they are thinking outside the box and bring a classy, modern look to their work, no baby's-breath here. I read a story on ksat.com in reference to the shop seeking unique puzzles in order to get through the COVID-19 pandemic. The uniqueness of the puzzles drew me in and I immediately ordered 3 puzzles. Two for me and 1 as a gift. I was in love with the picture on the box when they came, but even more so when I dumped out the pieces. The quality of the puzzle pieces was beyond my expectations. They are sturdy and glossy which makes the final product look amazing!! I'm hooked and I'm sure I'll buy more as I finish the ones I have.

No. 9 handled our wedding flowers for a San Antonio intimate wedding in historic downtown SA. From the moment I met Angel, I knew she would take good care of us. Her vision was in sync with ours, and we were extremely happy with their bouquets and flowers for the ceremony and wedding. Our reception was in the boutique hotel Havana, and she decorated the three chandeliers in such a unique way, with greenery and beautiful white flowers dangling from it. The arrangement delivered was not even remotely what was pictured on their website. When contacted them after receiving it, they failed to acknowledge any problems.
I see that the business owner has provided a long, somewhat sarcastic response to my review. Their offer to remedy the situation was absurd. They denied that my complaint was legitimate despite the photo I provided of what is clearly a disastrous arrangement. Then, rather than offering to correct their mistake by delivering something similar to the arrangement pictured on their website, they offered a 10% discount off my next order

Wow! Completely blown away. I was in town for a conference and needed some flowers in a pinch. These guys took care of me with such a thoughtful and really expensive looking arrangement (that should be in an art gallery instead of the board room table in our meeting) and I will definitely be back next time I am in Texas.

I called from Houston and Angel the store manager took special care of me. I needed a very special funeral spray for my aunt who passed away. She took the time to listen to my needs and totally delivered the most exquisite arrangement. I also requested a very special sentiment that she hand wrote for me. Loved every minute of my experience with No.9 for my wedding. Just had a bouquet and two table pieces which were very reasonably priced.
Angel was amazing to work with. She was attentive to my taste and vision of what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. I just sent inspiration pictures with no real knowledge of types of flowers. She really brought to life what I saw in my head plus some.
The process was easy and seamless. I would highly recommend them for any event or occasion.

Received a beautiful (and unexpected) arrangement from No. 9 yesterday. Not what you get from your everyday florist.... very creative and out of the box design. The vase is beautiful.... not another tacky clear Vase where you see a bunch of messy stems floating in water. You can tell the arrangement was well thought out and unique. I also received a box of their chocolates... delicious!!! I haven't been to the store yet, but seems like a great concept... one stop to get a few gifts together and brighten someone's day.

I spent hours on the internet searching San Antonio florists. I'm tired of FTD arrangements. I wanted something unique.
I came across No.9. I followed them on Instagram to pick out my favorite design. I called and worked with a lovely young lady over phone. She's very passionate about what she does and wanted me to be happy with her creation!
I chose a unique Juno (Greek Goddess) vase and the rest was up to her! She did I fabulous job and I will order again!

I found No9 online while searching for a florist close to the recipient. I was very pleased with the entire experience. The person who assisted me by phone was helpful discussing the arrangement I wanted to send- types of flowers, my budget, occasion etc. I placed my order by phone, they sent me a photo of the arrangement for approval. The flowers were beautiful. Highly recommend and will use them again!
