Chef Mary Marlet has worked in some of the finest restaurants on the Mendocino Coast, in Nevada City, and Grass Valley. She has worked and apprenticed under some of the best chefs in the industry since the age of 19, developing skill, technique, and confidence in the kitchen. Inspired by those who mentored her, she embarked on a journey that would lead her to her place in the Culinary World.
Offering food that is both beautiful and innovative, Conscious Catering provides amazing meals and impeccable service. Using naturally raised meats and local organic foods in our menus, our expert catering team will provide a menu that will compliment your event and your budget. We offer custom menus by request and can work with you to plan champagne toast, cake cutting and special tastings.
Mary was amazing and her staff as well. The food was outstanding! Everyone at our Wedding was ooohhhing and aaahhhing the whole day. The presentation was above and beyond anything I had imagined, and the flavors. Delicious! I was very clear about local and organic and it made the price higher, but it was worth every penny.
