Cooked low and slow for a long 15-18 hour rustic smoke flavor. Crispy on the outside, yet juicy and flavorful on the inside. Second year in row we purchased C's Pecan Smoked Turkey for Thanksgiving. It was amazing! We hosted 17 people this year and everyone, and I mean everyone, loved the turkey and said it was the best they had ever had. I am done sressing about Thanksgiving turkeys. I am in for C''s for life.

We had C's BBQ cater our wedding this past weekend and WOW! The food was absolutely amazing, the service was amazing, and it was just an all around great experience! They are the nicest and easiest people to work with, and really do make some super yummy BBQ food! All of our guests loved the food as well! Would highly recommend using them for your next event!

My wife and I hired Chris to cater our wedding, less than two months out and he knocked it out of the park! The food was AMAZING! All of our guests raved about it, many of then said it was the best food they ever had at a wedding! We ordered TriTip, BBQ Chicken thighs, bacon mac and cheese, loaded mashed potatoes, a garden salad and dinner rolls. Chris and his wife are great and easy to work with, and their food is absolutely amazing! I can not recommend them enough! I will definitely be having Chris cater my 30th birthday.

We were arranging a rehearsal dinner in the Lincoln area from out of state and came across C's BBQ reviews. We liked the reviews and the variety of menu choices so much that we scheduled without knowing anyone personally that had tasted the food. He was easy to work with about set up, selection and price. Contacted me several times about choices and head counts. When he and Dottie arrived, some of the guests had not arrived yet. So they kept the food in their warmer in the van and waited until we were ready. Greatly appreciated their patience and then quick set up. The food was fantastic!

Our Methodist church potluck group had a dinner last night at Casque Winery's lovely patio in Loomis. The winery served special wines, and then C's BBQ Catering (Dottie and their daughter) arrived and set up a wonderful buffet of pulled pork sandwiches, barbecued chicken thighs, incredible baked beans, salads and cornbread with honey-butter. Chris and his family could not be friendlier or more flexible despite dealing with an unexpected, serious health issue. We look forward to having them serve our next event.

Man, If I could give this place 6 stars I would. We had a wedding for about 150 people and was looking for an easy outdoor meal. BBQ sounded perfect. Reluctantly we had to make the choice to go with c's BBQ without even giving them a taste test (because we couldn't get there before the wedding to actually taste their food). But because of their low price we chose them. They had a bunch of different options but decided to go with the pulled pork sandwiches, and chicken thighs. There was also a bunch of sides to choose from like baked beans, green salad, potato salad and honey cornbread

We had our 7/2/16 wedding catered by C's BBQ and Chris & Dotty did a superb job, not to mention the food was delicious!!! Let me start by saying that Chris is a great communicator! He quickly responded to all my emails and his responses always put my mind at ease. With all the stress of wedding planning, the one aspect that I felt confident about was the food. And speaking of, we offered a buffet that included brisket, which can be tricky if not done right, but Chris did not fail to deliver. C's BBQ Catering provided the food for my son's wedding last night. We got lots of compliments on the food. Great chicken, brisket, loaded mash, and macaroni salad! Would definitely recommend them. Very nice people. They were accommodating with special requests, were on time, packed up our leftovers and were very professional. Thank you, Chris!
