Awesome service! My car had a lot of outer damage after an accident. I took It to C&D Auto Body to get the damage repaired and it came out looking good as new! 2 months ago I had the pleasure with working with a small business C&D AutoBody. My insurance company recommended me a plethora of shops that blew me off. Then I came across C&D AutoBody and they made sure my needs were taken care of right away. They dealt with my insurance company from start to finish and completed the repairs ahead of schedule. C&D went above and beyond my expectations! I had a claim through State farm and they took care of my claim from start to finish. Jason the estimator made sure that my car was repaired properly per the manufacturer guidelines, while my own insurance company was try to pull a fast one. Luckily Jason was knowledgeable enough to negotiate with them to make sure the proper estimate and repair was completed. Upon picking up they let me know I can drop off my rental car at the shop which made it very convenient. Car looks amazing, and the customer service was exceptional. It really shows properly trained

I came here through an insurance progressive, & this place is truly great the staff is very nice & respectful. I did have issue with enterprise picking me up from here but the workers in C&D were very apologetic, and it wasn’t really there fault so I couldn’t blame them. Anyways I dropped my car off 11/17 & got a call 11/19 saying my car is ready! I went to pick up my car the next the day, and I didn’t have to wait or anything. My car looked amazinggggg! Like brand new! I love this place I’ll definitely come back! Highly recommend.

Thank you all at C&D , the owner did his best to give me discount as he thought I was paying out of pocket, he didn't change the discounted rate even when insurance got involved. SERGE made sure they paid for my Uber after I dropped my car off at the shop, and did a real good job. My car was ready the next business day. SERGE WAS GREAT, he made sure I was taken care of, he made me feel comfortable and trusting their shop was going to deliver and the did a wonderful job. I recommend. My car looks brand new.

I brought my car in for an estimate for damage to my rear bumper. During the estimate consultation, they were very clear and concise with expected charges and informed me that after taking the bumper off, that there could be damage to my metal bar behind my bumper which would mean an increase in charges. And even after repairs I have returned numerous times to get my car washed and cleaned out. Sergio, Jason, and team are always very friendly and accommodating when I return. Wonderful customer service and I always leave more than satisfied. They do a very nice job washing and lightly detailing on my car. I was referred to C& D Auto Body after my car was involved in a hit and run on the Fourth of July. The customer service and repair service was great, however Serge's customer service is absolutely top notch he went absolutely above and beyond. I found C&D after being treated dismissively by two other high rated shops in nearby Beltsville. Then I met with Serge at C&D auto body. A moving truck had hit my left quarter panel -- busting the light assembly, and damaging the bumper, quarter panel and gas cap.
The insurance for the moving company was a specialty insurance company. I was very wary they were going to pull a fast one on me especially when the estimate came in at just under $1000. I knew the damage was at least $1500 if not up to $2500. Serge explained that C&D gad experience negotiating with insurance companies.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank the folks at C&D for all their help and support. Without getting into some genuinely embarrassing details about the hot mess my work associates and I found ourselves in, let me just say that a recent business trip included some miscalculation in logistics.
I attached photo (busted up Nissan) to show how badly we messed up: the car wasn't ours and we're not even remotely from the area. Needless to say, we panicked.
I don't know how my work associate found C&D, but they were the one first shops he called and we'd be 367 shades

I brought my car into the shop this morning to have some minor exterior damage taken care of. Earlier in the week, Raffi, the owner of the shop, had given me an estimate for the job, telling me clearly that it would take "an hour" for the work to be completed and that I should wait in the shop. However, when I arrived for my appointment, work did not commence on my car until what seemed to be half an hour later. Basically I was told my car would take 3 days to repair, I had been in an accident and was using the other persons insurance company. The insurance company could not have been more helpful throughout the whole process and was left exhausted and frustrated with the auto body shop as much as i was. The auto body ended up finding more damage on the car then the initial estimate and needed to request more money

This is the worst body shop ever. Do NOT take your car here. If you read the postive reviews you will notice they are for the attached mechanic shop. The shops are distinct and those reviews definitely don't apply to the body shop. They returned my car smelling like a garbage dump and 2 weeks later I haven't been able to find what is causing the smell. I have used cleaners and Febreeze but there must be garbage inside the body somewhere thay they left there when they put it back together. It took them 3 weeks longer than they estimated and they repeatedly lied to us telling us the car

Long review because of a really bad and drawn out experience. Bottom line, find somewhere else. I went to pick up my car three different times. Each time they had broken other parts that didn't have anything to do with the accident. They were going to try to get me to accept it. I finally did after the third time and 2 months of back and forth. The car is still broken in places that didn't have anything to do with the original accident. Unfortunately I cant include pictures.

We traveled to College Park from Birmingham Alabama to bring our daughter to college. We noticed heat and brake smell coming from back wheel. This was an emergency because the entire wheel and rim was sizzling hot. I called around and several other places said it might be a couple hours just to check it out.
