This is not a place that truly cares for nor respects their patients. The food seems unhealthy, even for a healthy person. The rooms look like they have not been cleaned in years. Clearly with streaks, spills, dust bunnies, filthy floors and the smell of this place is that of very inferior care. Sadly the staff in general is uncaring and it seems like a nice raquet of a "caring" business.

There were some staff members that were caring towards my mother, but only one star because:
-There was one office staff member that was rude and not welcoming at all. Couldn't wait to get rid of my mom when her insurance coverage was winding down.
-The building itself needs a tune up; very worn down.
-They allow smoking outside on the premises. To make things worse, it's in front of patients windows.
-Lastly, during my mom's stay there, her name was misspelled on everything. Details are everything

While doing clinical rotations as a nurse practitioner student, I have witnessed nothing but safe and competent care from a friendly and concerned staff. Rehab centers always run the risk of having a nursing home 'feel' to them, and I feel that LV post acute does as good a job as possible to avoid this.
