Brian was a great help with scheduling both of my kids appointments. He has a great personality and always welcomes when coming in. Brandy who is sometimes in the front desk never welcomes has a horrible attitude. She has rolled her eyes at me consistently. She has no office etiquette is on her phone talking about her personal issues. She has made me not really want to go to my kids therapy’s. I have been coming her for 6 years and never had an issue with an employee. She is in NEED of good training.

We go here twice a week! I absolutely love it! The staff is nice. Pascalia is my sons therapist and we love her and my son loves her. She’s helped him so much in just a short time. I have seen a difference since we started seeing her. She answers all our questions, she’s sweet and I absolutely I recommend this place 100%

We go to Rehab Directives twice a week for my sons speech and occupational therapy. The staff is amazing! Each therapist shows my son kindness, empathy and warmth. We would not be more grateful to have this assistance, I see so much growth in my son thanks to them! Lizette is the best and always makes us feel so welcomed!

I absolutely love this place! I have to bring my 3 month old here for therapy and they made me feel so comfortable. And the staff is so friendly. I've only been here two times and I can definitely say I'd recommend this place to people who have children and need physical therapy.
The lobby is also very kid friendly so my older son (3yrs) can play while we wait. It's not like others that are not kid friendly.
And Lizzet is probably the most important part of this office because she made such a good impression when I walked in the office.

My Son started going to Spot 4 Tots about a month ago and I can see a change in his behavior .When comes to follow through with directions and also being more flexible to transition from task to task. I enjoy talking to Lizet at the front desk she is very helpful and efficient , doing it all with a smile and great attitude . I'm very grateful my son has Spot 4 Tots because all the staff is caring kind and understanding of his needs .

We're pretty new to the family here but I call it family because as soon as you walk in that's how they treat you. The first point of contact is usually Lizet and she is like the sister or cousin everyone wants lol! They are very passionate and kind. The Therapist take time to hear your concerns and work on a solution that suits your family best. They definitely have my child's best interest first and I'm glad I gave them a try.

My son comes here for speech and occupational therapy and he loves it! Their staff is amazing, Liz is so friendly, she always welcomes you with a big smile and positive attitude. The lobby is very kid friendly with a play area with lots of things to do. I highly recommend this therapy place for all children on the spectrum.
