Lawrence P. Krodinger, Sr. was a member of the first graduating class of St. Pius X High School in 1963. He then attended Flat River Junior College (MAC) and Northwest Missouri State University. He began his drafting career with Wagner Electric. He then went on to work with Quality Heating from 1967 to 1980.
It was in 1980 that he ventured out to start his own union heating and air conditioning business. This humble beginning with just four employees has grown to a sixty employee operation.
