They did not stay in touch. Would not return calls. Then finally told us they were waiting on one more part, then never heard from them again except through the insurance.. After 2 months we called our insurance and told them we wanted a different company. They were very nice when they were here doing the initial evaluation. Somewhat nosy, picking up papers I had on the table and looking at them. But I thought it was just a rookie move, as the owner told him to put it down and never do that.
Things just did not work out with them at all. Very disappointed.

Jason answered immediately on a holiday weekend - came out and fixed my AC unit in 90+ weather. I was more than pleased with the professionalism and courtesy bestowed by Jason. it was a minor problem and took a short time to fix.
