My Name is Maria, Owner of Tiny Hearts Photography. I am a newborn, child, and family photographer based out of Franklin Lakes, New Jersey. When I am not spending my days capturing each moment of your sweet beautiful lives, I am home being a mom to three gorgeous little ones. Newborn Photography is my specialty, however, I also love capturing growing bellies and families too.
A Fresh 48 Photo Session is a special session for families who want their baby's first hours documented at the hospital. This is not a traditional newborn session. I will not pose the baby or bring props, or any of my lighting. During these sessions, we capture the unique newborn details, like their cute little feet, hands, yawns, and intimate snuggles with mom and dad.
Lifestyle Newborn Sessions are captured within your home during the first two weeks of the baby's life. This session focuses on the sweet, natural, and intimate moment between you, your baby, and your family. I use no props during a lifestyle session but rather capture all the other details of welcoming a new baby into your lives.
Maternity sessions are an intimate way to show your growing baby just how much you love them right before their arrival. What I enjoy the most about a maternity session is capturing the beauty and intense emotion that a mother has for their child. Pregnancy is a life-changing experience, and these memories will forever show your love, so I encourage you to freeze this time and capture the bond to always have to cherish.
Family Sessions for me is more about capturing the connection. I want to tell your story. Life passes by so quickly that we often forget to stop and appreciate how our children look at us or how we look to them. This is why it is so important to capture the relationships between you and your growing family.

We had our shoot this morning with Maria. She was just AMAZING! I am a first time mom and I trusted Maria entirely. She was so gentle and professional. We were so pleased with the experience that I’m giving 5 stars before we even receive our edited photos! We will definitely return for other milestones.

I never understood why this photographer had so many amazing reviews. Until I found out that after giving you your photos she asks if you could kindly review her and in return she would give you a free print from your session.
Maria takes amazing photographs, but that's about it. When I mean that's it, that's really it. She is very unprofessional. You would think as expensive as she is, she would answer her phone calls, answer her emails, not be forgetful, not take 3 months to give you access to your prints online, and forget about giving you your prints and other things you ordered in a fast

Maria was able to schedule our newborn shoot after the height of the pandemic tapered. We were so thrilled to be able to capture the fleeting moments of our baby’s infant stage. Maria wore PPE through the entire shoot and was able to get gorgeous shots even though our little one was being fussy. We were able to relax during the shoot knowing our baby was in good hands. Even after we finished up, Maria stayed to capture a few more shots of specific poses we asked for. Highly recommend.

Great newborn photography was one of our top priorities when we found out we were pregnant, and Maria delivered spectacular memories. She’s remarkably easy to work with - which is such a relief with all the other delightful chaos of a newborn - and a baby whisperer. We were so pleased with the shoot, we booked our second session before we left the studio! And the pictures are even more adorable than what we expected.

Maria was so helpful in capturing perfect pictures of my daughter. I was so afraid because of the pandemic being able to get these photos done but with Maria's quick responses and precautions we were able to get these pictures done! Maria was so easy to work with and the pictures are absolutely beautiful!! I would recommend her to anyone!!

I booked newborn photos with Tiny Heart Photography after searching all local north jersey photographers. I liked her photos the best. She was also very responsive and easy to book with. Having my baby born during covid I was bummed I didn’t have the typical first time mom experience but was thrilled I still got to do newborn photos. Maria made me very comfortable with her COVID safety/ sanitation. She is a baby whisper. My baby did not make a peep the whole photoshoot, and the photos are AMAZING. I have already booked another photoshoot with her, and look forward to working with her in the future

I was having a baby in late March 2020 and was searching for a photographer to take new born photos. When I had come across Tiny Hearts Photography I instantly loved the style of the photos! I contacted Maria and had booked her immediately. Unfortunately due to the circumstances we kept needing to reschedule the photos because her studio was not allowed to be open. As soon as she was able to open she contacted me and we brought our then almost 10 week old baby. I was so nervous we wouldn’t get the photos I wanted and boy was I wrong! She was so amazing with the baby and got the most amazing photos
