The Diagnodent is a laser decay detection system that is used to accurately identify weakened or decaying tooth structure. The hygienist that cleaned my teeth seemed nice but she seemed to spend a lot of time around one of my capped teeth. It broke days later while eating steamed broccoli. Let's back up a bit...I finally got up enough nerve to go to the dentist after having a fall and losing teeth and even damaging my partial. I wasn't in pain when I made my appointment but days later I experienced pain and suspected an infection which was confirmed by the dentist. No antibiotics were prescribed to clear it up and the dentist seemed not to care about my pain. I guess it's true what they say about

My hygienist was very thorough, friendly and took the time to explain her suggestions based on my results. She was happy to answer any and all questions that I have. The front desk was how far in scheduling my next appointment and was patient with me while trying to look through my schedule. I have used them twice and will be going back.

I was referred here by a co worker ; so I called in for an appt and Vicky assisted me to the best of her ability to get me in ASAP because I was in pain. She made sure they accepted my insurance prior. I got there and was greeted upon arrival everyone is pleasant and the place is clean. Look forward to making them my permanent place for dentistry to take care of my mouth.

I was recommended to this office by a friend. I didn’t have much expectations as most dental offices are a drag but I absolutely love the office, the whole staff and dentists are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Even if you don’t have dental insurance (like myself) they have different options to assist you so can still get your dental work done.They make going to the dentist as enjoyable as it can be 😉

I found them during an emergency and have been going ever since! Appointments are always on time and you hardly ever wait to be seen. You do need to schedule weeks in advance but, I assume that's because they are very busy and so great! I highly recommend this office!

I’ve gone to pm dental a few times now and can honestly say I love everything starting from the environment and how clean this office is, to the staff. Vicky at the front desk is so nice, very friendly and extremely helpful. Marisela the hygienist is so nice and profesional. She really takes the time to show you how to maintain good hygiene, correct brushing and flossing techniques and goes over with detail what is going on in your mouth. Dr. Druz is so sweet, down to earth, caring and he is overall a great dentist. I definitely would recommend going here for all your dental needs.

PM Dental in Mineola is by far the best dental office I’ve ever gone to. The administrative team and hygienists are personable, friendly and accommodating (I’m going to butcher the spelling of their names but, Raquel and Marcella have been amazing). Dr. Druz has been my primary dentist there for about 3 years. He’s done everything for me from basic check ups, to sealants, to my veneers. I appreciate the way he approaches treatment with simplicity, authenticity and empathy. He always answers my dozens of questions and always makes it seem like he has the time to sit down and chat with me.

I've been going to PM Dental Care for a few years now and have had cleanings and major services done. I have to say I always leave happy. It's clean, I'm always seen on time. The front desk ladies are so friendly and professional. The doctors explain everything thoroughly and never rush the procedures. Even though I don't have dental insurance, the prices are affordable and the outcome is worth every penny.

PM Dental is hands down the best dental office I've ever visited. The office has many specialists which is really convenient because you can get everything done in one place. All the doctors I've seen have been excellent, very professional and caring. Even with unpleasant and more complicated procedures, I've walked away thinking "that was so much better than I expected".
COVID NOTE: I've noticed they are super clean and do a full wipe

I have never left a yelp review for any business but felt this was necessary. I had called on a Saturday after being in extreme discomfort from a tooth. I explained the situation and Raquel, who answered the phone, said she would try to see what she could do-she ended up squeezing my in to be seen soon after the call.An X-ray was taken and before I knew it the Doctor was in to speak with me about the treatment I needed (root canal). My insurance was not accepted however the office worked with me to see how I wanted to proceed or if I wanted too receive the treatment at all with them, and offered

UPDATE: 6:10 am Monday.... pain has only intensified. Talked to a friend last night about what was going on with me and she said she was seen by pm dental recently and it started out $180 and in the end had to pay $630!?!?!
Really??? So if I would have come in yesterday that is what I would have gotten too! A $630 bill when you COULD have made an exception and allowed my insurance to go out of network.
I thank you for the extra 24 hrs of pain that I have been in and another night of no sleep all because you didn't want to work with my insurance and thought I would come in and

I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone. I had a cleaning from the dental hygienist whose name was Randall she explained every step of the way and took great pride in the work she did. I have also had a root canal and a crown done in this office and everything came out excellent. The cleanliness of the office is top-notch. I will be a patient for life now.

the staff at the front of the house are great, answer all of your questions over the phone with great detail.
they were able to get me an appointment for sunday at 930 am. They took some info ahead of time, and i showed up a little early to fill out the rest of the paperwork. i even received a text message from the office informing

This five star review is given after my first visit. I may give an update after visiting consistently. Given my previous experiences with a different dentist I was slightly apprehensive during my visit. The dental hygienist was very pleasant. She constantly asked if I was okay and made conversation. She efficiently cleaned my teeth. The dentist was nice as well. They gave me options for a dental issue, which made it clear that it isn't about money, unlike my the last office I went to. I couldn't be happier with my first visit.

After a terrible night due to a toothache, I called the office for an emergency visit.
They accommodated me right away even thought i had skipped last year's visits- Dr Druz was completely understanding and gentle. Pain was gone within an hour and I will be forever grateful.
I'd like to add that the office is really clean and modern. Staff is very helpful. I highly recommend this place!

I've been a patient of Dr. Druz for at least 15 years in NYC & have recently started to see him at the Long Island office.
