Horrible experience. There is absolutely ZERO communication about your case, my case got tossed between all 3 lawyers at this practice. It took MONTHS for them to get my wage garnishment processed and then after they dropped my case they sent me emails claiming that I hadn't paid my attorney's fees (which thankfully I have the receipt for).
They rarely answered the phone, wouldn't return messages or calls, wouldn't return emails and it got to the point where I had to show up in their office whenever I had questions or needed information. Mark will tell you what you want to hear to get you out
