Brought my nephew here and he loved it! The staff and doctor were really nice and they even had a movie theater to keep the kids entertained while we waited. Will definitely keep on coming back! Great job Children's Dental Building! My 2 1/2 year old LOVED his experience here! From the decorations, the movie theatre room/waiting area, & most importantly, to the staff!
Had and Awesome experience, staff was polite. Dr Fang was very nice and caring. My grandson is autistic so they took all his needs into consideration. No LONG HOURS OF WAITING I was very happy about that, considering he didn't eat and can not wait too long. There's a lot of bad ratings but I have very good dentist doctors who work on my teeth.

Here at Children's Dental Building, we've been protecting precious smiles for over 38 years. Avoid this place. They are nice as long as you don't question their practices like taking x-rays for an orthodontist consultation they never notified us we'd be having. We came in for a checkup and to address tooth pain and they gave my son the consultation. I called to speak to a manager 4 times. I never received a call back. The 4th time I called I waited on hold 20 minutes. The time it took me to drive there. I spoke to the manager Erika who explained the x-rays were necessary and they didn't have to notify us of the orthodontist consultation because it's part of their all inclusive "comprehensive

As you enter the staff greets you always Dr Fang who saw my daughter made her and myself very comfortable with the procedure she walked me step by step. I think I was more afraid than my daughter The front desk answered all my questions allowed me to speak directly with Dr with any concerns I had. They are all great Desiree help me out big time in regards to my payments experience great will def be retuning back

The last few visits have been horrible. I keep coming back thinking maybe it will get better. I waited a total of 3 hours for X-rays and a basic fluoride cleaning. They didn’t even do any scaling. I was furious. They must double or triple book. Communication and customer service is the worst I’ve experienced. What’s the point of having an appointment. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

Bring back Doctor Brown from out of retirement!
Doctor Brown maintained a consumer friendly, family oriented, professional office environment with everyone doing their job and not a whole lot of staff gathering in the hallways talking and laughing with each other. It appears that the transition went from friendly, clear communication, and caring Dr. Brown’s atmosphere to more of a conglomerate corporation assembly line type of service with an emphasis on money rather than caring.

This place is great! The doctor has been extremely helpful and direct with helping me ease the pain of my recent extractions and reaching a speedy recovery. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. The receptionist Cindy has been a god send with helping me reschedule my appointments constantly due to my work schedule and hours. You never really wait too long once checking in for appointments and things are always explained clearly in great details when I make visits.

I absolutely love this dentist they always go above and beyond their expectations. I been coming here before I had children, now I have 4 children and a husband and we all come to this dentist now. I really love their customer service they make sure you feel very welcome and they make sure to help you in every way possible. I’ll start in the front with the ladies behind the desk they are so nice and welcoming Lisa and Maddy are very nice and will make sure to get your appointments in, and make you feel welcome. Then we have erika she’s the best she will make sure your able to get your dental

Pros: When I was finally ready to get braces, they were able to fit me in the same day. Initially I had a consult then finances discussion and finally the metal parts were glued in. They gave me the length of time I would require the braces and provided the information what to eat and how to care for my new braces. This place was thorough.
There were no actual negatives, everyone was helpful and my mom went here 1993 with Dr. Brown and Dr. Humphries and it was nice they didn't try to bankrupt my mom because she is a stay at home mom now with us 4 siblings. Thank you Orthos!!
