I started seeing Dr. Chu about 10 years ago while I was still living in Cerritos and wish I had started seeing her sooner. After moving a little further away, we still continue to see her. Dr. Chu is super sweet, thorough, and takes the time to explain any dental issues you have and how to go about resolving them. Excellent in returning calls with questions and her prices are always reasonable. When I needed to fix a tooth that cracked from grinding my teeth she took the time to explain to me what my insurance would cover and what options I had - to the cent. She also has a method she uses

How often have you ever heard of children loving to visit the dentist. I have 3 children. Doctor Chu has been amazing with all 3. to the point where my oldest daughter would bring her a Apple at every visit. She is so gentle that 1 of my children didn't even realize they had a cavity filled by the time she was finished. I will be forever grateful to Dr. Chu for the invaluable care she has shown to my kids and the rest of my family.

I have never been happy to see the dentists. Dr chu is the best dentist I've ever met. She is very friendly. I love the way she treated her patient so honestly. I chose to see Michelle because of her great reviews. I am SO HAPPY I found her. I have always been terrified of seeing the dentist, all my past visits with other doctors were always traumatic. Michelle is so gentle, didn't hurt me at all. She explains herself very well, is super professional and I felt like she truly cares about her patients. Her dental assistant is also great. It's rare to go to a dentist who truly shows passion for the work they do. Dr.Chu is patient, caring, and most of all AMAZING at breaking down dental vocabulary in a way that makes making decisions much easier! Definitely go to her if your looking for a gentle and genuine dentist! Also, the office is clean and the dental assistant was nice and did my X-rays in thee most comfortable way! It was our first visit with Dr. Chu. My kids had dental appointments. I was looking for a Dentist that is great with kids. I found Dr. Chu through Yelp and decided to bring the kids. I am glad I did. Of course, they were anxious about the visit. As we walked in, we were greeted by Dr. Chu at the front desk and her assistant helped us. Even before I was finished filling out the paperwork, Dr. Chu came and asked if one of the kids can be examined and start the teeth cleaning. 15 minutes later, my daughter was brought back to be seen. I have been coming to Dr. Chu's since high school, my sophomore year 2006. Although I have moved to north los angeles about 50 miles north of cerritos, I still come to see her. She is very professional and recommends the best for her clients. I come in for 6 months cleaning every year and they help with reminders as well. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my teeth

Dr Chu takes very good care of my parents (83 yrs& 84 yrs). She is very professional and detailed. I am also very happy she can speak English and Chinese both language very fluently.
My mother did not feel pain at all when doing the cleaning. Dr Chu also very careful to exam my father's x rays and teeth. I am so happy to find a dentist we can rely on.

Looking for a new dentist is like pulling teeth. I had a cool dentist in Cerritos but he closed up shop few years ago and I just stopped going to the dentist all together because that's how much I hate looking for a new one. It's such a gamble whenever you go to a new place. Even the ones with good reviews may not click with you because health is a such a personal thing.

I am a very nervous dental patient, and Dr. Chu's reassurance and understanding helped me to relax. She is very sincere, explains all proceedures to your satisfaction, checks on your comfort throughout the proceedures and has been a really painless dentist. I've gotten much better about going to the dentist because of her. I've recommended friends to her and the ones that have gone to her really feel the same way. I have never recommended a dentist before so my faith in her is very strong. She's a lovely person and takes a genuine interest in her patients.
