4S Eyecare & Optometry was founded by Drs. The doctors and staff at 4S Eyecare are committed to providing our patients the highest quality eyecare and eyecare products with friendly personalized service. As dedicated eyecare professionals, we recognize the trust our patients place in us and it is our mission to meet and exceed our patients' expectations.
We use a digital camera to document the optic nerve head, macula, retinal blood vessels and retina. This digital image provides us with a baseline point to monitor and detect eye disease such as high blood pressure, diabetes, glaucoma and macular degeneration. This allows us to asses any changes in your retina at each visit.
I just wanted to thank 4S eye care and Optometry for their excellent customer service. Today, I had a problem with my form of payment. Instead of becoming short or judging, the staff, were patient and helpful and we solved the issue together. Stacy Pehau was particularly helpful, but overall ALL the staff were amazing.

Typically used for vision correction, glasses come in many types and are classified by their primary function such as correcting refractive errors, magnification, sun protection and safety.
The human visual system is an amazing network of anatomical structures. Even minor changes in the structure or function of a component of the eye can significantly affect visual acuity. Because we rely so heavily on our visual system to receive and process information, it is essential to keep the eyes functioning properly.

If you want your work to be done at the right time the right way, then don't go here. On the other hand if you have plenty of time at your disposal and enjoy describing what they did wrong multiple times during your multiple repeat sojourns to this shop, please give your orders here.
I made a huge mistake by going here and I regret it. Employees are very friendly and nice but I want-is for my-glasses to be ready with what I ordered on the day I was asked to pick up.

I love this place! I came in once late last year with the intention of making this my regular eye doctor. Dr. Millet is so professional and patient, and she took the time to answer all of my questions and explain anything she was checking. She was also super personable and made the experience pleasant. I had to relocate out of the area unexpectedly shortly after my initial visit, and Valerie from the front desk went above and beyond to make sure my contacts were shipped to my new address. I only had a prescription filled. Personally, I wouldn't go back. After the saleswoman pretending to adjust my frames by hand in front of me and saying something about if the world were perfect...I left and went elsewhere. I guess I was to settle.
I stopped in at a place next to my doctors office. There i had my frames Properly adjusted by someone who wasn't just a saleswoman. Finally, I could see without feeling dizzy! I was also told that there are 3 grades of progressive lenses. Wish I knew that prior.

I used to go here very often with my kids, but the doctor always spent time talking about her and my personal lives, and did not mention one thing about my kids eyes. After this situation, we went to another optometrist at a different location who is far more professional than them. They examined my children’s glasses given from the this location, and realized the prescription was WAY too strong for my kids eyes. This resulted in my kids having worse eye sight. This is very unprofessional and I am very upset about this. No wonder my kids complained about being dizzy for weeks after receiving

I was experiencing dry eye and my old doctor's office wasn't returning my call. Dr. Andrew Fasciani was able to see me quickly and give me a lot of alternative treatments and ideas of how to help. Office staff was very professional and is very Covid clean. Great location and appreciated the service. Thank you!

Just stopped in to have my glasses adjusted...talk about above and beyond! The helpful staff member made the adjustment, cleaned my glasses, then offered to clean my sunglasses AND sent me in my way with a bottle of eyeglass cleaner + a cloth. No charge.😱

First off the doctors are top notch, I'd recommend in a heart beat. The optician who helped was the gentleman not sure his name, he was very knowledgeable.
I wanted to really like this place but the customer service was just not there. I will say that it's not best practice to the person behind the front desk hand out contacts or glasses and send a customer on their way. Have them wait to see the person best suited to explain, train, etc. So that the

Was easy to make my appointment, the staff were helpful and courteous from the start. I was seen promptly when I arrived for my appointment, no waiting. My exam was professional and thorough - Dr. Li took time to explain everything and made sure I understood the results. Getting my prescription updated and a new pair of glasses a breeze, they offer quite the stylish selection. Great experience!

Incredible group - I was very pleased and impressed with my visit at 4S Eyecare. Dr. Fasciani was super knowledgeable, personable and thorough. Hands down best optometrist I've ever came across. The staff was also on the same level from welcoming my family as new patients to an easy process of finding the right glasses. Love going here, they have wonderful friendly staff and Doctors. They are patent and will answer any questions you have, they won't push services on you either, but will give you all your options and let you decide on what you want/ need or can do. :)
I use to work very close by, but even though I no longer work in the area I still go up here and have my yearly exams, updates, etc. Wonderful selection too on glasses, sunglasses, etc.

After avoiding going to the eye doctor for WAY too long, I decided to bite the bullet and go in. I figured that after a few years my prescription had probably changed, and since this is where my family goes I finally made an appointment. To my delight, they were able to make me an appointment for today (Monday) on just a few days' notice.

I called 4S Eyecare after calling a few other places prior because I was wanting to get colored contact lenses and that had never worn them before. I just wanted them b/c I was getting bored with my dark brown/black eyes. :P Hehe!
I chose 4S Eyecare because when I initially called to set up a consultation, they were so professional and answered all my questions I had so thoroughly! Hoorah! :)
The other places I called PRIOR to 4S Eyecare had people working that did not seem competent nor knew what they were talking about or weren't explaining things clearly regarding fees or insurance. BUT

Living in the 4S neighborhood, I have driven by 4S eye care a few times. Was long overdue for an eye exam, new glasses and contact fitting, so went here after a friend recommended them.
having them right here 5 mins. away from my humble abode, I always put off stopping by to get the low down on prices, appointments, etc etc. until a few weeks ago, on a random Saturday afternoon after I came out of the gym.
What caught my eye was their tent right outside their offices and the smelled of grilled hot dogs... I was starving after my work out! ... wait there was more! yup yup, they had FREE lenses

The staff and doctors are always professional, friendly, and efficient. My family moved out of the 4S area, but always return to 4S Eyecare. Dr. Natalie Li has been our doctor and never disappoints. She makes it easy to understand what needs to be done and is genuinely engaged in understanding any issues one may have.

My eyes are perfect...well, at least they use to be. Recently, I went back to school and my classes have me reading constantly. I had been noticing that things are increasingly more blurry sporadically throughout the day and I was developing mild headaches. I was in the area visiting my in-laws and my sister-in-law recommended that I get them checked and referred me to 4S Eyecare. Dr. Li was great. Short wait time, courtesy and respectful.
