The room the small but comfortable. I always bring a few creature comforts with me when I go to any hotel that I'm not familiar with so I had everything I needed. It's not too far from the airport and it's one of the least expensive hotels in the area which made it good stay. I don't mind staying there again but if you have a family I would try to stay somewhere else. If you're alone or with another adult, this is good.

Handle on the sink broken, someone's tissue on the ground in room, literal roaches.. but hey, you get what you paid for...
Also, I'm normally not picky but this was a bit much, that being said, why did I stay and not leave? Simple, I was too tired and I am not fond of confrontation...
But seriously, what is that smell? The stuffyness of a poorly ventilated building? Water damage? Washed carpet? What? Also, uncomfortable bed 🤷‍♀️

The place is well kept up outside, but drab and kinda inviting inside. Easy check in, staff polite, and will accomodate a guest's need if possible. Nice having elevator, not a stairs person. Not to be harsh, but trying to be honest for readers sake. The place looks rundown, needing to liven up atmosphere in the business. Needing paint job on walls in hallways. Just some TLC , and touch ups where needed. I understand COVID has been very hard on businesses, capital has taken a nose drive forcing some places to close. So I m not going to be mean on my review.

We didn’t even stay. It stinks. Like smells bad. Another guest had no hot water — we never got that far. Walked in and the room smells and does not look anything like the photos. When I told the staff they argued with me .. ok. I showed them their photos and it looks nothing the same. It was loud and uninviting in the lobby. Lots of commotion and other guests making complaints This was at 10 pm when I would think things were settled. Also charged a $3 amenity fee they don’t want to refund. Would not refund our money when we decided not to stay. I am over 50 and this is the worst hotel I’ve

I have never written a bad review to the best of my recollection. On May 18 I stayed at this hotel. The first so called non smoking room reeked of smoke and they changed my room. I was unable to bolt the door of the second room, so I, nervously, slept with the light on. At 1:45 AM I rolled over to see two bugs crawling out from underneath the blanket and sheets; I suspect I would not have seen this had I not been sleeping with the light on. I dressed and went to the front desk and asked them to call the shuttle to the airport, where I would proceed to sleep in a chair.

The girl at the desk offered

I will not be staying here again. The staff was rude when it was time to check out; the room had a musty like smell, the shower leaked; they limited you on towels like we were going to steal them; & the room always had centipedes in them no matter how many I killed. The only bright side was that the room was reasonable for Memorial Day Weekend...

You get what you pay for here. I had a roof over my head but that was about it. When I checked in I request a shuttle and was told that it only ran at the half hour and I could not have one at 4:45. Requested one arrive at 5 am and was signed up but when I got to the lobby at 4:45 I was told it just left. 30 minutes later I asked the front desk clerk to check again and she said she just did and that would be coming back after they make their loop. When I asked her why I was told it only ran on the half hour but one was leaving at 4:45 she told me it was my fault that I was late for the shuttle

This Hotel and its front office was spectacular. Rooms clean from top to bottom. House keepers work diligently to make sure the rooms are up to KING & QUEEN status and most of all..........THE LOCATION IS VERY DISCRETE,QUIET AND RELAXING

I read the reviews and had my doubts. I arrived and the place was nice. The lobby was clean. The room was nice with plenty of room for one (1) person. The refrigerator didn't work and the shower head was way below industry standards. Also the liquid soap dispenser was empty. I'm glad I carry soap.
However I would stay again.

Made a reservation for a pet friendly room on the toll free number listed on the Quality Inn website. The operator said all rooms were fully booked and gave us an alternate at a higher rate for one night acknowledging the pet. Checking in I saw a sign that said no pets allowed. It was almost 11 pm and exhausted so we took the room under protest for the $250 charge to fumigate and clean the room cause of our non shedding show dog. The manager , Amanda, at the desk was very rude to my wife. In addition , this room was not a suite but just a room. Poor management and poor website. I'll never

Just left from here a hour ago and wanted to say excellent customer service from all the friendly people that work here. I was super tired when I checked in yesterday and had a pleasant stay in my very comfy room. I also got free airport service, that's a plus. Got good information from surrounding businesses and other stuff. Thanks a lot guys I'm going back to Los Angeles awake and happy.

I booked this hotel as a last resort. Don't be fooled by their "free breakfast" as it's this tiny little corner with cereal, toast, and other mediocre things that would rather make you go and oh for something. The service is "ok". The employees aren't rude, but they're not very present either.

There is no sound insulation in this hotel and it's a serious issue. You can hear anything and everything in the halls and the rooms next to you. Literally everything. We stayed on the second floor facing the front of the hotel and we could even hear the conversations

I would not recommend staying here. The room was dirty, had boogers on the wall and hair in the towels. We asked for a wake up call to make our flight, which they promised would happen. We never got a wake up call, and thankfully I set an alarm for us to get to the airport. We could hear our neighbors talking. Next time we pass through Jacksonville, we will spend the extra $50 to get a better hotel.

Checked in last night after a very long day of driving. We were hoping to get a good nights sleep before jumping on the road again the next day. Unfortunately that's not what we got.
Our room smells very strange, and after I took a shower and felt the mushy floor beneath me, I'm pretty sure that's where the smell comes from. Disgusting mold under the bath mat, looks as if it's NEVER been moved or cleaned under. The second I found it I was done with my shower.
It was already passed midnight at this point, and my family was settled. We didn't want to pack up and get stuff

I needed a room at the last minute and this place was all I could find available. The staff were very friendly. Beyond that, the facility smelled really old. Like, wet clothes in a bag for a year, old. My room was decent, but the moldy smell blowing out of my A/C unit was migraine inducing and didn't allow very good sleep. The water pressure was abysmal. I would definitely NOT return to this hotel.

Don't pay for the shuttle service its crap! They lie! We were too get on a 11am shuttle never showed up! The lady at the front desk tried to lie and make excuses about it! Place is not all that great! It's ok just to sleep in, but don't expect anything else and don't count on the service they provide!

We were on our way to Jekyll Island and needed a place to crash for the night. This hotel was conveniently located right off the highway. It's a bit tiny, as they only have one elevator to get to all the rooms, but for the price ($65 including tax) it wasn't too shabby! The hotel is clean and the front desk staff is friendly. They also have free breakfast every morning. The rooms are on the small side though. You get a corner desk microwave, mini fridge, air conditioning unit and a bed. A tv is mounted on the wall. I noticed there's no closet or drawers to put your stuff, so I don

Just stayed at this hotel! The outside was beautifully landscaped and there was ample parking (ALWAYS a plus for me!) The hotel looks like it might be a little on the older-side of things, but it is C-L-E-A-N! I could care less about the age of a hotel, for me it's all about the cleanliness!!!

Every staff member (4) we dealt with was very kind, polite and helpful! They gave us extra shampoo and towels with no attitudes :)

Our room was a little small, but the AC worked great and there was no funky smell!! The bathroom was very very clean too! :) Good water pressure and water temperature

It's obviously not a JW or Hilton, so don't expect it to be similar. It's a small hotel that is a good place to rest your head at night. Our room was clean, but unfortunately after a couple days, our door wouldn't lock,
We notified front desk and they immediately gave us keys for a room a few doors down. All the staff we ran into were nice and professional. The free breakfast isn't a big spread (fruit, cereal, muffins, bagels, coffee, juice) but it's free so why complain? For the price it's a decent place to stay and it's right off of 95, which we had to

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for one night before our cruise. We chose this particular hotel because it advertised a complimentary cruise terminal shuttle, as well as airport shuttle. Upon arrival to the hotel we checked in and inquired about the cruise shuttle. This is when we were told there is a fee of $20 per person plus tax and gratuity for the cruise shuttle $50 all together. We called a cab service and were told that it would only cost $25, we decided to go for that option instead. Rooms were clean and the beds were alright for one night. Continental breakfast was below standard

Check out my picture of the closet! False advertisement! The only thing that was renovated was outside! The rooms was small, the whole place smelled. When we asked for toilet paper, we were told that we had to use the half a roll first per management. It was a very depressing hotel. It shouldn't be called a suite because the rooms are tiny and muggy. One word....Refund!

I came here in April of 2013 and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. For $160 it served its purpose and it was an overall good experience. The staff was friendly for the most part and it was super easy to find. Parking was ample and convenient.
The room is what they say it is, extremely small. But when you think about it, all you need is a bed and a bathroom. The bathroom wasn't as clean as I would have anticipated but it wasn't a complete hit. The bed was comfortable which is always a plus in my book. I would definitely stay here again
