Tried to get my hair a platinum, balayage type of blonde done by the owner, she left me with terrible lines everywhere. She started to do her own thing with the color and didn’t do what I asked for. Will never be coming back. If you have thick hair DO NOT COME HERE. They have no idea how to color thick hair. I’ve gone here twice and had to come back in every time for a fix (and they really didn’t fix a thing!!!!). Highly do not recommend coming here for hair color. Hair cuts are good though.

I have been getting my hair cut and colored by Jare for the past year and she's great! My hair is very thin and can be tricky to color well, but the color turns out awesome every time along with the cut!
She does a bomb job waxing and tinting my eyebrows as well.
I'd recommend her to any of my friends and family!

I had such a great time at Axis! I rarely get my hair done, but I am so glad I went here. They were very accommodating, on time, and my hair is back to its natural look! I love it. It was a bit more spendy than I was anticipating, but I am very happy with the result. I adore this place and will be back for my next appointment.

I inquired online about scheduling a hair cut and the receptionist responded within 24 hours with plenty of appointment options. When I needed to reschedule the appointment, she was able to make it work with my schedule. I arrived for my appointment and my stylist Leanne was on time and friendly. The haircut included a wash and blow out which was a pleasant surprise since that service isn't listed on their website. She did a very thorough job and I am very happy with the outcome. She went above and beyond my expectations AND it was only $40! Definitely returning for future hair needs.

I have worn contacts since I was 11 years old. Not sure if it is a factor or not, but my eyes, and around my eyes have always been extremely sensitive. She took this into consideration with her application, and when we were all done, I couldn't even feel them! From my short natural lashes, she made them look as if I grew them myself! They were done flawlessly. It was nice to wear minimal eye make up, yet my eyes still popped!

This is a very nice and relaxing salon. I have seen Jody 3 times now and she does a fantastic job. I have never received so many compliments on my hair color before. She really took the time with my initial appointment to pinpoint exactly what I wanted and she nailed it! Now I go in for touch ups and it looks just as good each time.

I have not had my hair done here. I did not get past the receptionist. I recently stopped by the salon to get some prices on coloring my hair before I made the decision to schedule my first appointment there. The receptionist was rude and not very helpful at all. First of all the receptionist is usually the first person that people see or speak to in a salon. So she should be familiar with pricing even if she has to look up the prices or even go ask someone. She told me that she doesn't know the prices and that I would have to speak with a stylist and that both of them are busy with clients

I've been there twice. Both times I've had the pleasure to have my haircut by Alex King. She's absolutely amazing. Very cute and bubbly personality. She's up to date on all haircuts and styles. She recently moved from San Francisco where she got most of her experience. If your looking for a great hairstylist, I highly recommend her.

I went into Axis salon wanting a complete mommy makeover but I didnt know exactly what I wanted. I got Alex and she was so wonderful. She gave me the most amazing new cut thats easy for me to style on my own. She also gave me some color and I felt like a whole new woman. I would deffenitly recommend using her, shes so friendly and knowledgable. I got some great hair care tips from her. Im so glad I found this salon and a great stylist.

I'm somewhat new to getting my nails done, and the ladies at Axis Salon were terrific (and patient) in helping me understand the different options. Millie did my nails, and I loved working with her! She really listened to me, and I feel like we came up with a fun design that I wouldn't have had the courage to try without her help. Now I'm super excited to see what we'll come up with next!

I went to Axis to get my nails done for my wedding. I had a pedicure and manicure. The woman who helped me, Colleen was nice to chat with and made us feel at ease. Their service is genuine and they will spend time on you to make you feel they care. Great experience! The quality of work was very high. My nails look wonderful.

I first went to Axis for a Brazilian wax and was scheduled with Emily. She is fabulous! She is really good and very caring. I now see her regularly for hair styling and she is great. I color my hair at home, out of a box, because it is all I can afford (Brazilian waxes at long gone!). Emily has always been complimentary of my color and has never tried to persuade me to have it done professionally. I really appreciate that. Emily also does nails and I haven't tried her yet for that but I am sure she is excellent. I highly recommend Emily and Axis.

I am from Portland and was in the Redmond area visiting my parents. I scheduled a brow and chin wax at Axis Salon and it was my first time at this location. I told the stylist I wanted to keep the fullness of my brows and to just clean them up. She butchered them to say the least. I've never had thin brows and they are literally pencil thin. I am so unhappy and upset. Then, she waxed twice in the same spot causing the top layer of my skin to rip off. Such a big disappointment. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Unfortunately I do not have the name of the stylist assisting me. I tried

This is the only Salon in Redmond I trust with my hair! I've been to four other salons in Redmond and they've all disappointed me with the results. Especially one particular event that brought me here..

And then I found.... Axis & Ellie.
She listened to what I had to say and what my concerns were and then, rip-rip, and a few minutes later I was so happy that I had taken a risk. Brow perfection and in no time flat. I also appreciated the fact that you didn't have to lay down on a massage table and have a person hover over you. I just got to sit in a chair & converse.
I want to give this salon five stars
