Help-U-Care offers support for individuals or for family members who sometimes need someone to talk to. Our goal is to reduce stress for any person or family in need of help. Help-U-Care Administrators are in constant communication with both client and family members to ensure the quality of our services.
Will assist client in personal care and other daily necessities. These services are geared to the patient's individual needs, including dressing, bathing and simple exercises when possible. Our providers are kind, compassionate and understand the client's anxious feelings about needing help with things that seemed so simple before.
Don't limit your search. Call several Companies and or Providers. Then try to Narrow your list to your favorite few. Call them back a second or even third time. Interview your Company & Provider ask questions that require more than yes or no answers. Conduct a work interview & don't be afraid to make the provider & or Company know you want the person they would hire for there own parents.

A very dear friend of mine has been using helpucare for some time now and I have had the pleasure of dealing with Cory personally. I cannot say enough good things about him and the caregivers. Cory has been professional and more than willing to do everything possible to accommodate my friend. The staff are reliable and very hands on with my friend. They are very well trained and willing to do what ever it takes to keep her safe. The caregivers have taken care of both her physical needs and emotional needs..

I cannot say enough good things about Corey and his team at Help-U-Care. Corey is trustworthy and kind. That really matters when you are relying on someone to help you hire caregivers who will be coming into your home or that of your parents' every day. Corey is also patient and a good listener. That too matters. Every caregiving situation is different. You need someone who listens to help you find the best caregiver for your circumstances. Sure enough, the caregiver Corey found to care for my Dad was amazing.

I am an independent contractor and Help U Care's staff is supposed to relieve me after my shift. Well for the last two weeks since my client has requested their service EVERY employee has been late. I am always present while my client discusses this matter and the owner seems very nonchalant. One of the workers has been late every single day with a different excuse and instead of reprimanding the person by removing them or something of sorts, he does nothing. He doesnt inform his employees of the type of person they are caring for.. For example... My client had someone refuse to care for her

Called them to try and set up care for my elderly Grandmother who just had a stroke and was released to home care. When we initially called they were very nice and we were told that they would be able to help with whatever we needed and there was no time minimum for their services. So we decided it sounded great and were relieved to find a place that seemed accommodating and genuinely willing to help us. We went ahead and called later that day to set up a schedule for them to start coming out. We then get a call back the following day saying that they would now only come out with a 4 hour minimum
