On a Saturday afternoon our AC unit stopped blowing cold air, seemingly out of nowhere in the hot Texas weather. We received recommendations on a few different companies, but Evenaire stood out above the rest with the high praise and fair pricing. We reached out and were scheduled for the same day. My A/C died because the fan on the condenser stopped working ON A FRIDAY AFTERNOON! I checked my NextDoor app for recommended Air Conditioner repair and EvenAire was HIGHLY recommended by my immediate neighbors. I used another company for my maintenance recently and felt they were overpriced, but my neighbors hailed that EvenAire was fair. First time customer. My AC unit decided to go out over the Memorial Weekend. I called up Evenaire as they were local to the Pflugerville area and left a message. Jennifer was quick to respond. She took my information down and scheduled a tech for Tuesday morning. Nick was my technician. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He quickly pointed out the issue and offered some solutions. I ended up going with a whole new AC unit to be instilled. Pricing was good and Nick even told me about some rebates I would qualify for. If you want a company that knocks it out of the park and shows up when you need them the most then Evenaire is your best choice. I own a couple of homes and had them put in new units in two of them. Even in the middle of this frozen apocalypse when they didn’t even have power at their own home. They made it out to mine to make sure I was up and running when the furnace would not start after we finally got power back after 4 days. I have never been let down by this family owned business. The absolute worst time a heater can die is on the coldest day in Austin's recorded history. The snow drift in my front yard is over 2 feet tall, the roads are crazy and my heater dies at 2 am when it is 8 degrees outside. Thankfully Evenaire was able to save me. I called Evenaire and spoke to Jennifer, and told her my unit wasn't working / cooling. She scheduled my appointment and had a tech come out to diagnose the issue. Come to find out it was the compressor fan motor that needed to be replaced. Nick came out and replaced it and now its back to having cool air. I cannot thank you both enough. I will continue to use Evanaire Heating and AC for my needs.

Last year I had to replace my down stair AC unit, I knew I wanted a Lennox System, I shopped around and discovered Evenaire was a local company and their prices where extremely competitive. Well last month my upper AC needed to be replaced and yes after several bids and interviews from their competitors, Evenaire had the best price on the same Lennox system. We called Evenair about a bad smell coming from our a/c and were told we needed a $1,400 filtration system, which we foolishy paid for. My daughter and I are severe asthmatics and had to stay at a hotel for several days as the work was being done. As soon as we returned home I noticed the smell was not gone and called them to come back out. Danny the owner insisted he didn't smell anything and suggested I had sprayed "perfume" and this was what I was reacting to. We asked him if they ever checked the registers where we noticed mold growing and were told "we don't do that

Within an hour they were done and my unit was fixed! They were extremely professional, laughed at my stupid jokes (which I really appreciate btw haha) and made me comfortable. Having people at your home that are not known to you can make ya feel weird.. not them, felt like I was hanging out with a long lost family member

My blower went out early Saturday morning...I called a couple of hvac places but never received a call back. I called Evenaire and they got the parts and installed them on Saturday. They made certain everything was operating properly before leaving. They were responsive...fast...and thorough. All this great service at a very reasonable price.
