At Rock Point Real Estate, we understand what you need as a rental property owner since our company was founded by investors who own rental properties and who know what an owner expects from a manager. Years ago we had no luck finding a management company that we could count on to care for our rentals like we as owners would.
We manage any type of residential property - from single family and duplex homes to apartment complexes - in the Chattanooga metropolitan area, including nearby north Georgia. You should always honor any brokerage agreement you've made. That said, many companies will let you cancel a property management agreement at any time without penalty, so go ahead and discuss it with them.

Rock Point leased our property for 2 years while we were living abroad. We appreciated being able to see all the financials online, and they do a great job at securing amazing tenants. I moved into my current rental house about 4 years ago. Have had to deal with other rental management companies that were horrible! Rock Pointe took over almost a year ago. Wanda is quick to respond to any questions I have. Phillip responded to a after hours emergency I had and got me the help I needed ASAP. Mike (the maintenance guy) is quick to respond, professional, and just a really nice guy. I have never met the owner of this home but choosing Rock Pointe to manage the property was the best choice he has made. I hope to be able to buy my own home sooner than later but until then.....I am sticking

I have never had such a poor experience with a real estate group. I tried to contact them several times via email and phone and never heard back from them. I had other people contact them so we could try and get someone to contact us. No one ever responded. Even AFTER I filled out an application and paid the fee... still NEVER heard back from them. A big waste of time and money.

I have been a tenant for Rock Point coming up on 1 year. I have dealt with a couple of agencies in the past and they haven’t compared to the amount of quickness, promptness, and communication that Rock Point has shown me. Anytime that we have had an issue with a maintenance problem or anything related, we have been promptly contacted and the issue quickly resolved! They are willing to answer any questions you have and resolve any issues as soon as possible. I have enjoyed my time with them and I look forward to more!

If you are renting, it’s rather hard to find a reliable, trustworthy landlord, but I have had nothing but great experiences with Rock Pointe and all of their staff. I must say it’s sometimes hard to find good people, when I contacted Wanda an she was nothing short of Amazing. I love my house my neighborhood I have great neighbors. Coming from having a few slum-lords you really appreciate a Great One An I’ve found it. I recommend any and everyone to use this company. I promise they haven’t let me down. Thanks for great service.
