I had one of the oddest/most trying experiences one could imagine when purchasing my new home. Every problem or problem imaginable arose from the appraiser skipping town for a while in the middle of my appraisal to the Mexican cartel attacking the hotel my financial officer was vacationing. Trace Walker was a great realtor form beginning to end. We are making a cross country move, and he took the time to learn our tastes to find us the right home. He was always available and quick to respond, and did video tours for us when we couldn't be there.
In escrow he did an awesome job representing us, following up on fixes, scheduling inspections, etc. The companies he suggested for financing and inspection were all top notch too. He's now helping my mother find a home and Ive recommended him to others.
